    “…Under solvothermal conditions,Cu(CF3COO)2·xH2O was used as a soluble copper salt, and thiophene⁃2,5⁃dicarboxylic acid (H2tdc) as a linear ligand, which reacted with 1,10⁃phenanthroline (phen) and 2,2′⁃bipyridine (bipy) respectively,to synthesize two one⁃dimensional chain compounds:[Cu(tdc)(phen)] n (1) and [Cu(tdc)(bipy)] n ·DMF (2).The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by single⁃crystal X⁃ray diffraction(SC⁃XRD).The compositions of the compounds were analyzed by polycrystalline X⁃ray diffraction and Fourier infrared spectroscopy.The performances of the compounds were studied through photocurrent response tests and solution stability tests.The results show that the asymmetric structural unit of compound 1 is extremely similar to that of compound 2,with both containing the same [Cu(tdc)] structural unit. …”
