    “…The study of approximate k nearest neighbors query has attracted broad attention.Local sensitive hash is one of the mainstream ways to solve this problem.Local sensitive hash and its varients have noted the following problems:the uneven distribution of hashed data in the buckets,it cannot calculate the appropriate query range (for the parameter k) to build index.To tackle the above problem,a new data struct which called SLSB-forest was presented.The SLSB-forest combined the LSH and the B-tree to maintain the amount of bucket’s data in reasonable range.Two query algorithms were proposed:fast and accurate priority search.Theory and experimental results prove that query range can dynamic change during searching approximate k nearest neighbors.…”

    “…The performance of telecommunication network was usually analyzed by the KPI of network management system.If there was something wrong with the KPI,it needed the network optimization personnel to position problems.The efficiency of analyzing result depended on the quality of the network optimization personnel.Meanwhile,the analysis of data performance was rough estimated.As the unified deep packet inspection could show out the smaller granularity of the service status and channel quality,the analysis method of service data and node performance was discussed.By data slice and data association of control plane XDR and user plane XDR,the performance was analyzed with smaller granularity to show the quality of the network and the experience of users.So the user experience was showed out by different applies and services with different scenes,and the data characteristics of the XDR were more clearly.Finally,it improves the efficiency of network optimizing,the user feeling and the capability of data realization.…”

    “…Based on the same hardware platform, spectrum resources, and transmit waveforms, dual-function radar-communication (DFRC) can achieve radar and communication functions at the same time, which provides a strong support for realizing integrated sensing and communication (ISAC).Aiming at the dual-function radar communication system, radar and communication waveform trade off optimal design was studied, and a non-convex optimization problem was constructed with quadratic equality and inequality constraints under the constraints of transmission energy consumption and peak-to-average ratio (PAPR).The nonlinear equality constrained alternative direction method of multipliers was used to decompose the non-convex optimization problem into three sub-problems.The simulation results show that the optimized dual-function radar communication waveform can approach the ideal radar waveform and realize the optimal performance tradeoff between radar and communication.…”

    “…In order to quickly and accurately evaluate the reliability of mechanical seals,the three⁃parameter Weibull distribution was used to model the mechanical seal failure data.The reliability evaluation problem of mechanical seal was transformed into a constraint optimization problem,and a reliability evaluation method based on artificial hummingbird algorithm(AHA)was proposed.Through numerical simulation and case analysis,maximum likelihood estimation(MLE),improved Harris Hawks optimization(IHHO)algorithm and AHA were used to compare calculation accuracy and operational efficiency in solving the Weibull distribution parameter estimation problems.The results show that the parameter estimation using AHA has advantages of faster convergence speed and higher accuracy,and it can shorten the optimization time and improve the accuracy compared with MLE algorithm and IHHO algorithm,which provides a new and efficient method for Weibull parameter estimation of mechanical seals.…”

    “…The privacy protection in big data is a research hotspot in the field of cyberspace security.As a strict and provable definition of privacy protection,studying application status of differential privacy protection in big data environment can provide reference and guidance for its subsequent system applications.Based on the analysis of the related concepts and technical characteristics of differential privacy protection,the application of differential privacy protection technology was reviewed in data distribution and analysis,cloud computing and big data computing,location and trajectory services and social networks,which expounded the current representative research results and analyzed its existing problems.The research shows that the existing results have made effective innovation and exploration of differential privacy protection applications from the aspects of differential privacy protection mechanism,noise addition mechanism and location,and data processing methods,and the related results have been cross-applied in different scenarios.Finally,four major problems that need to be studied in the further systematic application of differential privacy protection in the big data environment are proposed.…”
