Fuel Utilization and Environment Pollution/. (Part 1. Energy Ecology of Fuel Utilization and Standardizing of Hazardous Effluents)
Published 2007-04-01“…The world balance of hydrocarbon fuel output and its utilization from energy-ecology position are analyzed. Nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), non-bumt hydrocarbons (UHC), including poly-aromatic ones (PAH), volatile organic compounds (VOC) and the smoke with the particles of size lower than 10 μm (PM 10) are considered as pollutants of hydrocarbon fuel combustion processes and their concentration is regulated by standards. …”

WATERTUBE SMOKE TUBE BOILER: NUMERICAL COMPUTER SIMULATION AND EXPERIMENT
Published 2018-05-01“…The analysis of the results of numerical computer simulation reveals the efficiency of the installed tube radial bundle: the total heat perception in the furnace increased by 56 %, while the growth of the part of the heat transferred by convective heat exchange occurred by 22 %; the temperature level in the furnace volume has decreased, while the concentration of nitrogen oxides has decreased by 45–51 %. It is experimentally established that the presence of the cooled screen tube radial bundle in the furnace of the watertube smoke tube boiler makes it possible: to increase heat release rate in the furnace volume by 10 %; to reduce the concentration of nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide in flue gases by 24–40 % and 25–67 % respectively (resulting in a compliance of the level of pollutant emission to the requirements of the Ukrainian national regulations, viz. …”

EXPERIENCE IN LOCAL IMMUNOCORRECTION IN TREATMENT OF CHRONIC WOUNDS
Published 2014-07-01“…In this article, we present results of local treatment of purulent wounds caused by various agents, in 232 patients, using local immunocorrection techniques combined with therapeutic application of nitrogen monoxide (NO). A series of immunological, cytological, microbiological researches have been carried out, showing a direct antibacterial effect of myelopid has been defined, and appropriate criteria have been developed for scoring intensity of inflammation affecting soft tissues. …”
