Resource allocation scheme in two-way multi-relay OFDM system
Published 2017-09-01“…A joint optimization scheme for power allocation and subcarrier pairing under high SNR in two-way multi-relay OFDM system was proposed.Unlike those schemes in which relays use subcarriers separately, all the relays were allowed to forward signal on each subcarrier pair for providing much space diversity. With the constraint of total system power, the proposed scheme firstly allocated each relay power with Cauchy inequality with the assuming that the total relay power was fixed. Then the dichotomy was used to calculate the power allocation between the source node and the relay node by maximizing the equivalent channel gain for different subcarrier pairs.Lastly, the power of different subcarrier pairs was allocated by convex programming, and the subcarriers were paired by Hungarian algorithm to obtain the maximum system capacity. There was no optimal power allocation method with low complexity because of the complexity of the power allocation algorithm in two-way multi-relay networks. This algorithm greatly reduces the complexity of power allocation and simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the relay selection scheme and the relays use subcarriers separately scheme.…”

Drastic enhancements of direct and indirect light emissions from Ge microbridge web-structures via efficient light confinements
Published 2025-01-01“…This enhancement is concluded to be caused more predominantly by the light confinement effect in several-μm-scale microbridges than the induced strain. It is also remarkable that this effect works very well with a strain as small as 0.4%, making the fabrication procedure very easy and bridges very stable and rigid. …”

Improved transmit beamforming design based on ADMM for low probability of intercept of FDA-MIMO radar
Published 2022-04-01“…Considering the low probability of intercept problem that the signal-dependent interference and the target were located in the same angle, an improved transmit beamforming design based on the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) was proposed for multiple-input multiple-output with frequency diverse array radar. The transmit energy was minimized at the target under constraints of the energy at each transmitter and signal clutter-plus-noise ratio requirement.Subsequently, a cyclic algorithm was developed to tackle the non-convex design problem.Firstly, the optimal receive filter was obtained by generalized Rayleigh quotient. And then the transmit beamforming was optimized by employing auxiliary variables and ADMM to solve quadratic programming problem with fractional inequality constraint. Moreover, both the convergence and computational complexity of the proposed algorithm were discussed.Simulation results show that, compared with the semi-denite programming method, the proposed method not only attains the given antenna power, but also achieves the better mainlobe focusing performance at the target.Furthermore, the null levels at the clutter locations and the jamming directions obtained by the proposed method are -50 dB above.…”

Study on the Speed Stability of Wheel Drive Mechanism used in Lunar Rover
Published 2015-01-01“…The 3-stage planetary reducer with closed-loop control is adopted in CE-3 lunar rover wheel drive mechanism.Aiming at the problem that the speed stability of drive mechanism does not satisfy the design requirements, the factors affecting the speed stability of planetary reducer are systematically analyzed, and methods and measures minimizing the inequality of load sharing of planetary gear sets are studied carefully.Through troubleshooting and numerical simulations, the causation is uncovered as follows:the first stage sun gear radial runout exceeds the allowed range. Then two solutions are proposed:the first one is to redesign the first stage sun gear into a floating sun gear, the second one is to improve the machining precision of the first stage sun gear. And the second solution is adopted because it is smaller and lighter than the first one. Then much ground simulation tests which are conducted at the room condition,high-temperature vacuum condition and low-temperature vacuum condition demonstrate that the speed stability of drive mechanism satisfies the design requirements. At last, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by the telemetry parameters of lunar rover moving on the moon surface.…”
