“…Simultaneously, as feedback to the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, the decrease of formic acid in ΔMooxdc leads to the reduction of acetyl-CoA content, and two genes involved in the β-oxidation of fatty acids were also upregulated, which enhanced the fatty acid metabolism of the ΔMooxdc. Overall, this work reveals the role of OA in M. oryzae. We found that OA metabolism was mainly involved in the growth and development of M. oryzae, OA as a byproduct of D-erythroascorbic acid after removing H2O2, the OA-associated pathway ensures the TCA process and ATP supply.…”

“…The temperature increment during long-distance transportation of concrete in a high-temperature environment is the key difficulty in mass concrete construction and one of the key factors affecting whether the pouring temperature reaches the standard.Against the background of the right bank project of Datangxia Gorge as well as the problem of over temperature in long-distance horizontal transportation during on-site concrete construction,this study makes transformations such as vehicle insulation and stratification.The statistical analysis of the outlet temperature and warehousing temperature tests shows that the temperature increment of concrete during long-distance transportation can be minimized with these transformations,and the average temperature increment is lower than 2 ℃ during high-temperature transportation.The relevant transformation technologies can provide a basis and technical support for concrete construction in a high-temperature environment.…”

“…The water and soil loss in the hydro-fluctuation belt of the Three Gorges Reservoir has serious adverse effects on the navigation of channel,the stability of reservoir bank and the ecological environment.In view of the problems arisen,this paper proposes a new ecological restoration technology,the Tela anchor pad ecological restoration technology.As an emerging method of slope protection,the Tela anchor pad technology lacks experimental data support in terms of resistance to water erosion before vegetation growth.Therefore,the scouring model test for the slope protection of Tela anchor pad was carried out indoors.The test results show that when the water flow velocity is less than 1.7 m/s,the erosion intensity of the Tela anchor pad is reduced by 91.5% on average compared with the bare slope.…”
