Upcycling of Polyethylene Wastes to Valuable Chemicals over Group VIII Metal‐decorated WO3 Nanosheets by Qimin Zhou, Weiqiang Gao, Deliang Wang, Yinlong Chang, Hanxi Guan, Khak Ho Lim, Xuan Yang, Pingwei Liu, Wen‐Jun Wang, Bo‐Geng Li, Qingyue Wang

    Published 2025-01-01
“…Herein it is reported that 2D tungsten trioxide (2D WO3) nanosheets, after decorating with group VIII metal promoters (i.e., Fe, Co, or Ni), convert high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) into alkylaromatics and olefins at low temperature and ambient pressure without using any solvent or hydrogen: 2D Ni/WO3 with abundant Brønsted acidic sites initiates HDPE cracking at a low temperature of 240 °C; 2D Fe/WO3 with low energy barrier of cyclization achieves a high HDPE conversion to 84.2% liquid hydrocarbons with a selectivity of 30.9% to aromatics at 300 °C. …”

Golden code based transmission schemes and decoding methods for MIMO downlink system with finite-bit feedback by Sisi ZHENG, Haiquan WANG, Guobin LI, Tanming DAI

    Published 2018-11-01
“…For a MIMO downlink system with finite-bit feedback, combined with the Golden code and the precoding technology,a new precoding design criterion and its related codeword selection method, transmissionschemes and corresponding low complexity decoding methods were proposed. In fact, based on fully utilizing the characteristics that the Golden code could overcome the channel depth fading,a double precoding matrix was constructed as transmission signals by using the selected precoding codeword,so that the decoding complexity could be reduced to linear. In the meantime,a joint ML and MMSE decoding method was proposed for the traditional transmission scheme, which could dynamically adjust the decoding complexity based on a threshold. The numerical simulation results confirm the superiority of the proposed schemes and methods.…”
