Protective Effect of Conditioned Medium of Immortalized Human Stem Cells from Exfoliated Deciduous Teeth Against Hair Graying Caused by X-Ray Irradiation via Its Antioxidative Acti...
Published 2025-01-01“…Repetitive subcutaneous administrations of SHED-CM greatly suppressed the development of hair graying, when compared to control medium, resulting in reduced cutaneous expression of 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine, the major product of DNA damage induced by reactive oxygen species. Consistent with these in vivo results, SHED-CM significantly inhibited the cell death caused by X-ray irradiation in melanoma cell line B16F10 cells. …”

IoT intrusion detection method for unbalanced samples
Published 2023-02-01“…In recent years, network traffic increases exponentially with the iteration of devices, while more and more attacks are launched against various applications. It is significant to identify and classify attacks at the traffic level. At the same time, with the explosion of Internet of Things (IoT) devices in recent years, attacks on IoT devices are also increasing, causing more and more damages.IoT intrusion detection is able to distinguish attack traffic from such a large volume of traffic, secure IoT devices at the traffic level, and stop the attack activity. In view of low detection accuracy of various attacks and sample imbalance at present, a random forest based intrusion detection method (Resample-RF) was proposed, which consisted of three specific methods: optimal sample selection algorithm, feature merging algorithm based on information entropy, and multi-classification greedy transformation algorithm.Aiming at the problem of unbalanced samples in the IoT environment, an optimal sample selection algorithm was proposed to increase the weight of small samples.Aiming at the low efficiency problem of random forest feature splitting, a feature merging method based on information entropy was proposed to improve the running efficiency.Aiming at the low accuracy problem of random forest multi-classification, a multi-classification greedy transformation method was proposed to further improve the accuracy. The method was evaluated on two public datasets.F1 reaches 0.99 on IoT-23 dataset and 1.0 on Kaggle dataset, both of which have good performance. The experimental results show that the proposed model can effectively identify the attack traffic from the massive traffic, better prevent the attack of hackers on the application, protect the IoT devices, and thus protect the related users.…”

Numerical Simulation of Channelization Near the Wellbore due to Seepage Erosion in Unconsolidated Sands during Fluid Injection
Published 2021-01-01“…The increase of the rock strength will enhance the value of critical fluid velocity, which makes it difficult for the occurrence of erosional channelization. The near-wellbore damage of the formation will decrease the flow rate, and the preferential flow channels are less likely to be induced under the same injection pressure when compared with undamaged formation. …”

Seismic Behavior of Three-Story Prestressed Fabricated Concrete Frame under Dynamic and Low Reversed Cyclic Loading
Published 2018-01-01“…Results of the study show that experimental specimens have good behaviors such as full hysteresis curves, proper displacement restoring capacity, and energy dissipation; the maximum interlayer drift ratio arrives 0.27% which has no damage to the frame in small earthquakes subjected to the 102 gal peak ground acceleration; the frame is repairable in moderate earthquakes when the maximal interlayer drift ratio arrives 0.73% subjected to the 204 gal peak ground acceleration; plastic hinges appeared at the ends of beam under low reversed cyclic loading firstly where the section curvature ductility factor ranges from 3.64 to 5.62; biaxial compression is acquired at beam-column joints with the help of column axial force and horizontal prestressing force; the beam fails before the column in the prestressed fabricated concrete frame at interlayer drift ratio between 1.56% and 2.56%.…”

Survey on adversarial attacks and defense of face forgery and detection
Published 2023-08-01“…Face forgery and detection has become a research hotspot.Face forgery methods can produce fake face images and videos. Some malicious videos, often targeting celebrities, are widely circulated on social networks, damaging the reputation of victims and causing significant social harm.As a result, it is crucial to develop effective detection methods to identify fake videos. In recent years, deep learning technology has made the task of face forgery and detection more accessible.Deep learning-based face forgery methods can generate highly realistic faces, while deep learning-based fake face detection methods demonstrate higher accuracy compared to traditional approaches. However, it has been shown that deep learning models are vulnerable to adversarial examples, which can lead to a degradation in performance.Consequently, games involving adversarial examples have emerged in the field of face forgery and detection, adding complexity to the original task. Both fakers and detectors now need to consider the adversarial security aspect of their methods. The combination of deep learning methods and adversarial examples is thus the future trend in this research field, particularly with a focus on adversarial attack and defense in face forgery and detection. The concept of face forgery and detection and the current mainstream methods were introduced.Classic adversarial attack and defense methods were reviewed. The application of adversarial attack and defense methods in face forgery and detection was described, and the current research trends were analyzed. Moreover, the challenges of adversarial attack and defense for face forgery and detection were summarized, and future development directions were discussed.…”
