Joint Wear Prediction and Experiments Considering the Influences of Coating and Spherical Joint Clearances
Published 2025-01-01“…In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis method of the system dynamics considering coating and joint clearances in the previous stage, this paper independently designed and built the RSSP experimental platform of the spatial four-bar mechanism by taking the shear fork mechanism of the soybean picking and separating machine in farming operations, and measured the dynamic changes in the execution components and the wear depth of the spherical shell surface in different working conditions. …”

Development of Empirical Fragility Curves in Earthquake Engineering considering Nonspecific Damage Information
Published 2018-01-01“…As a function of fragility curves in earthquake engineering, the assessment of the probability of exceeding a specific damage state according to the magnitude of earthquake can be considered. Considering that the damage states for fragility curves are generally nested to each other, the possibility theory, a special form of the evidence theory for nested intervals, is applied to generate fragility information from seismic damage data. …”

FATIGUE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF CASTING CRANES CONSIDERING NON⁃LINEAR CUMULATIVE DAMAGE
Published 2024-08-01“…Aiming at the fatigue problem of casting cranes in service process, considering the actual service load spectrum, the fatigue performance of casting cranes was analyzed based on the non⁃linear cumulative damage principle.Firstly, the stress time history of the key fatigue hot spots of the in⁃service casting crane in a steel plant was measured. Then, the one⁃dimensional load spectrum was compiled based on the two⁃parameter rain flow counting method and Goodman equal life equation. In addition, the commonly used linear cumulative damage model and low⁃high and high⁃low non⁃linear cumulative damage model were used to calculate and analyze the damage and life characteristics of the key parts. The results show that the fatigue load spectrum of casting cranes is closely related to the location of fatigue calculation point and the actual service process.Compared with the commonly used linear cumulative damage model, the non⁃linear cumulative damage model has higher prediction accuracy, and more conservative life prediction results can be obtained by using the high⁃low load loading sequence.…”
