Image quality evaluation method base on digital wavelet transform and vision weighted by JIANG Ming1, MA Zhao-feng1, XIN Yu3, NIU Xin-xin1, YANG Yi-xian1

Published 2011-01-01
“…A new objective method WVWPSNR(wavelet and vision weighted peak signal noise ratio) was presented. In which the method was based on DWT,and the sensitivity of HVS(human visual system) was weighted using sub-band division. In this method, the assessment valued of the new method accord with MOS(mean opinion score). In order to demonstrate the effectiveness and to verify the reliability of WVWPSNR method,a series of experiment for JPEG、JPEG2000、White Noise、Gaussian Blur and FastFading images were made and tested. The results suggest that the proposed method can provide accurate measures of image quality under JPEG compression.…”

OK Computer ou l’émergence d’un rock syncrétique chez Radiohead by Benjamin Lassauzet

Published 2019-11-01
“…This produced a syncretic piece of work that blurred spacio-temporal landmarks, explored new influences outside the Anglophone pop rock scene, assimilated past musical references to deliver a pessimistic view of the present and an alarming anticipation of the future, while creating a truly original identity for the band.…”

WCMU-net: An Effective Method for Reducing the Impact of Speckle Noise in SAR Image Change Detection by Yu Duan, Kaimin Sun, Wangbin Li, Jinjiang Wei, Song Gao, Yingjiao Tan, Wanghui Zhou, Jun Liu, Junyi Liu

Published 2025-01-01
“…As an inherent characteristic of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) systems, the presence of speckle noise reduces the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of SAR images, leading to blurred image details and limiting the accuracy of change detection in SAR images. …”

Mechanism of Electroacupuncture Quchi (LI 11) -Yanglingquan (GB 34) in Rats with Spasticity of Cerebral Apoplexy by Bin GUO, Penghan WANG, Linxing HUANG, Zhiqiang XIE, Lina XIE, Weiai LIU, Lizhen YI, Xin LIU, Zenghui YUE

Published 2020-02-01
“…Compared with the model group, the neurological scores and Ashworth assessment of muscle tension in the electroacupuncture group were statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) The number of synapses in the model group was significantly reduced and the anterior and posterior membranes and gaps were blurred. Besides, the number of synaptic vesicles was significantly reduced, the density uneven, the terminal cytoplasm of the postsynaptic cells severely damaged, and the dense density of postsynaptic bands decreased; The electroacupuncture group was denser than the model group, and the synaptic shape was closer to the sham operation group. …”
