Clustering perception mining of network protocol’s stealth attack behavior
Published 2017-06-01“…Deep stealth attack behavior in the network protocol becomes a new challenge to network security. In view of the shortcomings of the existing protocol reverse methods in the analysis of protocol behavior, especially the stealth attack behavior mining,a novel instruction clustering perception mining algorithm was proposed.By extracting the protocol's behavior instruction sequences, and clustering analysis of all the behavior instruction sequences using the instruction clustering algorithm, the stealth attack behavior instruction sequences can be mined quickly and accurately from a large number of unknown protocol programs according to the calculation results of the behavior distance.Combining dynamic taint analysis with instruction clustering analysis,1 297 protocol samples were analyzed in the virtual analysis platform hidden disc which was developed independently, and 193 stealth attack behaviors were successfully mined, the results of automatic analysis and manual analysis were completely consistent.Experimental results show that, the solution is ideal for perception mining the protocol's stealth attack behavior in terms of efficiency and accuracy.…”

Non-cooperative signal modulation recognition algorithm based on joint feature parameter extraction
Published 2020-07-01“…Aiming at the problem that in the current electromagnetic environment, the modulation method is complicated, the frequency-consuming equipment increases, the spectrum is congested, and the electromagnetic environment interference increases, the algorithm of OFDM signal detection and subcarrier identification in the background of non-cooperative communication were deeply studied.Using the different distribution states of OFDM signals and single carrier signals in the time domain,a joint characteristic parameter was proposed to solve the existence problem of OFDM in the received signal. For the phase shift and frequency offset problems caused by the channel transmission to the signal,by using the periodic stability the blind parameter estimation was performed to obtain the signal prior information. On the basis of the obtained signal prior information,a multi-level classification and recognition method for non-cooperative OFDM signal sub-carrier signals was proposed. Therefore,a model based on non-cooperative communication system OFDM signal detection and subcarrier modulation identification was designed, and finally modulation identification of unknown signals was completed.Simulation experiments show that in non-cooperative communication systems,OFDM signals and single-carrier signals can be accurately identified, and ideal modulation recognition effects can be achieved on empty subcarriers,QPSK,and 16QAM in the receiver OFDM signal subcarriers, overcoming the channel transmission band The problems of phase shift and frequency offset have improved the accuracy of modulation mode identification.…”

Combinatorial intrusion detection model based on deep recurrent neural network and improved SMOTE algorithm
Published 2018-07-01“…Existing intrusion detection models generally only analyze the static characteristics of network intrusion actions, resulting in low detection rate and high false positive rate, and cannot effectively detect low-frequency attacks. Therefore,a novel combinatorial intrusion detection model (DRRS) based on deep recurrent neural network (DRNN) and region adaptive synthetic minority oversampling technique algorithm (RA-SMOTE) was proposed.Firstly,RA-SMOTE divided the low frequency attack samples into different regions adaptively and improved the number of low-frequency attack samples with different methods from the data level.Secondly, the multi-stage classification features were learned by using the level feedback units in DRNN,at the same time, the multi-layer network structure achieved the optimal non-linear fitting of the original data distribution. Finally, the intrusion detection was completed by trained DRRS.The empirical results show that compared with the traditional intrusion detection models,DRRS significantly improves the detection rate of low-frequency attacks and overall detection efficiency.Besides,DRRS has a certain detection rate for unknown new attacks. So DRRS model is effective and suitable for the actual network environment.…”
