Entre o digital e o impresso: perspectivas nos manuais e mídias para o ensino de música no Brasil / Between printed and digital: perspectives on textbooks and educational media for... by Guilherme Gabriel Romanelli

    Published 2019-12-01
“…The main method of this research is the document analysis taking as object the twenty eight digital art/music textbooks approved by the 2020 PNLD program. The results show that: digital textbooks became a reality in the Brazilian public textbook programs; the nature of those textbooks are still being shaped what is revealed by a variety of contours and structures, different of what happens in the printed version of textbooks, usually seen as more uniformed; the didactic models of those digital textbooks are, in general, still conservative, revealing a tendency of maintaining methodological models of the printed books. …”

The repressor PrtR1 and the global H-NS-like regulators MvaT and MvaV enable the fine-tuning of R-tailocin expression in Pseudomonas protegens by Clara Margot Heiman, Hammam Antar, Florian Fournes, Christoph Keel, Jordan Vacheron

    Published 2025-05-01
“…By combining reverse genetics, transcriptional reporters and chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq), we show that the R-tailocin locus-specific LexA-like regulator PrtR1 represses R-tailocin gene expression by binding directly to the promoter region of the cluster, while the histone-like nucleoid structuring (H-NS) proteins MvaT and MvaV act as master regulators that indirectly regulate R-tailocin cluster expression. …”

CEREBRAL NEURODYNAMICS IN PATIENTS WITH STROKE AND UPPER LIMB INJURIES DURING REHABILITATION by B. I. Vakhitov, I. S. Raginov, I. Kh. Vakhitov

    Published 2020-11-01
“…Rehabilitation of such patients should include dynamic electroencephalographic (EEG) monitoring, since the information about the functional state of cerebral structures is necessary for organizing an effective rehabilitation program, predicting and assessing treatment outcomes. We have examined 26 patients with cerebral stroke (14 men and 12 women aged 42–65 years) in the early stages with the leading neurological syndrome manifesting as spastic hemiparesis and 27 patients with extension fractures of the distal radial physis (after manual reposition and plaster splint removal) at different stages of their rehabilitation with a week interval. We found that changes in brain electric activity (from similar leads of the contralateral hemisphere) were more significant in patients with acute stroke, which can be associated with specific changes in the cerebral rhythms after stroke, since deep location of the alteration focus results in more diffused EEG symptoms due to conducting paths. …”
