Optimizing Timing and Preparation for Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in Higher-Risk Myelodysplastic Syndromes by Geng L, Chen E, Ji Y, Liu H, Sun Z

    Published 2025-08-01
“…Early HSCT emerged as the only significant factor influencing both OS (Hazard Ratio [HR] 2.84, p = 0.01) and TRM (HR 3.21, p = 0.01). While no significant differences were noted between sibling HSCT and unrelated cord blood transplantation (UCBT) for OS and TRM, UCBT demonstrated a lower incidence of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) (19.0% vs 52.9%, p = 0.003).Discussion: Our findings suggest early allo-HSCT may optimize outcomes in higher-risk MDS. …”

Study on the Response of Cotton Leaf Color to Plant Water Content Changes and Optimal Irrigation Thresholds by Binbin Mao, Lulu Wang, Junhui Cheng, Bing Chen, Jiandong Wang, Kai Zhang, Xiaowei Liu

    Published 2025-06-01
“…Results demonstrated that the following: (1) plant water content initially declined during the day and subsequently showed slight recovery, indicating cotton’s particular susceptibility to water stress between 2:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.; (2) plant water content continuously decreased across five measurement periods following irrigation during the bud, flowering, and boll development stages, with R and G color values of the five functional leaves showing declining trends between 2:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., while B color values exhibited no consistent pattern; (3) correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlations between plant water content and R and G color values of the five functional leaves during the 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. period, with highly significant correlations observed for the third and fourth leaves from the apex; (4) univariate and bivariate linear regression models were successfully established between cotton water content and R and G color values of the third and fourth leaves from the top; and (5) under 72% plant water content conditions, cotton achieved the highest yield and Irrigation Water Use Efficiency, indicating that 72% represents the optimal irrigation threshold. …”

A modification design method for the angular misalignment of the spline drum shaping by YUAN Xichuan, LIU Qi, TANG Jinyuan, LI Yuan, SU Hui

    Published 2025-07-01
“…Finite element simulation and test verification were subsequently conducted to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of this method.ResultsThe analytical results demonstrate that regarding computational efficiency, the proposed method reduces finite element simulations from 6-10 iterations required by traditional trial-and-error approaches to a single simulation for determining optimal modification, achieving over 80% efficiency improvement; in performance enhancement, the optimized modification demonstrates 30.22% reduction in contact stress and 50% decrease in maximum tooth wear volume under misalignment conditions, effectively eliminating edge contact while significantly extending service life.…”
