Strategic Planning Model in Higher Education using Neutrosophic Z Numbers by Luis León Gómez, Hortencio Flores Flores, Adán Humberto Estela Estela, Manuel Cesar Vildoso Villegas, Juvita Dina Soto Hilario, Virgilio Vildoso Gonzales, Abarca Arias Yessika Madelaine

    Published 2025-05-01
“…This study addresses the problem of how to model institutional planning processes that effectively incorporate the uncertainty, subjective assessments, and incomplete data characteristic of this context. While various approaches to decision-making in education exist, the current literature presents a significant limitation: the lack of methods that simultaneously integrate the vagueness of human perceptions, the inconsistency of institutional preferences, and the quantitative restrictions inherent to the university setting. …”

COMPARISON OF THE EFFECTS OF FOUR ANTIHYPERTENSIVE THERAPY VARIANTS ON ARTERIAL WALL ELASTICITY IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH NONVALVULAR ATRIAL FIBRILLATION by V. I. Shevelev, S. G. Kanorskyi

    Published 2013-08-01
“…Out of four AHT variants, the combination of valsartan (80–160 mg/d) and rosuvastatin (10 mg/d) demonstrated the largest effect on the arterial wall elasticity and the greatest reduction in the risk of ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction, and death.Conclusion. While choosing AHT in elderly patients with nonvalvular AF, the combination of valsartan and rosuvastatin could be regarded as the optimal therapeutic regimen, which improves arterial wall elasticity and reduces the risk of cardiovascular complications.…”

The impact of grassland ecological compensation policy on overgrazing behavior of herdsmen with non-pastoral employment: evidence from Inner Mongolia, China by Wenjie Ouyang, Fang Ju, Jiali Han, Zhiyi Gai, Bao Zhang

    Published 2025-07-01
“…Addressing this question will provide a scientific foundation for the sustainable development of grassland pastoral areas.MethodsUtilizing data from 542 herdsmen in the pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia, this paper employs a double difference model to analyze the impact of the GECP on the overgrazing behavior of herdsmen with non-pastoral employment.ResultsThe research findings indicate that: (1) The GECP exacerbates overgrazing behavior among full-time pastoral herdsmen (PH1 herdsmen) and those with non-pastoral employment at low levels (PH2 herdsmen), while it mitigates such behavior among herdsmen with non-pastoral employment at high levels (PH3 herdsmen); (2) Non-pastoral employment significantly enhances the inhibitory effects of the GECP on herdsmen’s overgrazing behavior; (3) The influence of grassland rent-in and barn feeding on herdsmen’s overgrazing behavior varies according to the levels of non-pastoral employment among herdsmen.DiscussionTherefore, this paper suggests that the government should continue to optimize the policy, along with differentiated subsidy methods and content. …”
