(2) The obstacles experienced by Cicil.co.id in carrying out superior programs and digital marketing communication strategies are divided into two. (1) Internal barriers in the form of; Instagram ads are only carried out for a certain period of time and city, not all Cicil.co.id Student Ambassadors do promotions at the same time, and the use of Key Opinion Leaders is still low in frequency and doesn't have much effect on conversion orders.
