The Clinical and Pathological Characteristics of Patients with Proliferative Glomerulonephritis with Monoclonal Immunoglobulin Deposits
Published 2025-02-01“… Introduction: Proliferative glomerulonephritis with monoclonal immunoglobin (Ig) deposits (PGNMID) is a rare form of kidney disease associated with low monoclonal protein detection rates and poor renal outcomes. The lack of effective therapy is partly due to limited data and understanding of its pathogenesis. …”

Experimental study on the dynamic properties of low-cement sludge solidified soil under long-term cyclic loading
Published 2025-07-01“…The test results revealed the following: (1) The cumulative deformation of the solidified soil exhibited either a “stable” or a “failure” pattern, with the transition governed by the critical dynamic load, which was strongly influenced by the cement content. (2) Increasing the cement content significantly enhanced the fatigue resistance of the solidified soil; when the content was increased from 4 to 6%, the fatigue life improved by up to 575%. (3) When the cement content exceeded 6%, the growth rates of both fatigue life and initial dynamic elastic modulus slowed markedly, indicating a clear phenomenon of diminishing marginal returns. …”

Long-term growth and risk factors for crankshaft phenomenon following posterior hemivertebra resection with mono-segment fusion in congenital early-onset scoliosis
Published 2025-07-01“…Although VBH, IPL, and VBAP increased significantly in all vertebrae (p < 0.05), there were no significant differences between the crankshaft and non‑crankshaft groups in terms of final follow‑up values, absolute growth, or growth rate. Multivariate analysis identified incomplete hemivertebra resection as the predominant risk factor (OR = 18.85, 95% CI: 2.65–251.66, p = 0.002). …”
