Dynamic privacy measurement model and evaluation system for mobile edge crowdsensing by Mingfeng ZHAO, Chen LEI, Yang ZHONG, Jinbo XIONG

    Published 2021-02-01
“…To tackle the problems of users not having intuitive cognition of the dynamic privacy changes contained in their sensing data in mobile edge crowdsensing (MECS) and lack of personalized privacy risk warning values in the data uploading stage, a dynamic privacy measurement (DPM) model was proposed.A structured representation of data obtained by a user participating in a sensing task was introduced and was transformed it into a numerical matrix. Then privacy attribute preference and timeliness were presented to quantify the dynamic privacy changes of data. With this, personalized privacy thresholds of users based on the numerical matrix were reasonably calculated. Finally, differential privacy processing was performed on the numerical matrix, and a model evaluation system was designed for the proposed model. The simulation results show that the DPM model was effective and practical.According to the given example, a data utility of approximately 0.7 can be achieved, and the degree of privacy protection can be significantly improved as the noise level increases, adapting to the MECS of IoT.…”

Intra-group mutual authentication key agreement protocol based on Chinese remainder theorem in VANET system by Haibo ZHANG, Zhou CHEN, Hongwu HUANG, Xiaofan HE

    Published 2022-01-01
“…Aiming at the problem that vehicles in the vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET) system were vulnerable to malicious attacks when communicating with each other on the public network, a mutual authentication key agreement protocol in the VANET was proposed.A dynamic vehicle group was established by the Chinese remainder theorem to adapt to the rapid changes in the VANET topology.Signature information was used by both parties in communication to quickly authenticate the identity of the message sender, and key agreement was conduct through the semigroup of Chebyshev chaotic mapping. The pseudonym update and private key update mechanism were adopted to protect the privacy and security of the vehicle’s identity. The identities of malicious vehicles were tracked accurately by using signature information, and were revoked quickly by modifying the public key information. In addition, the semantic security of the protocol was proved by the BAN logic model. The simulation results show that the proposed protocol can effectively reduce the communication consumption and significantly reduce the computational consumption compared with the existing similar literature.…”

Precise deployment scheme of 10G PON based on different scenarios by Yin LIN, Xiaoxia QIN, Guodong WANG, Shutian WEI

    Published 2021-12-01
“…At present, with the rapid development of gigabit broadband users and gigabit applications, each communication operation has begun to accelerate the construction of gigabit optical network. However, in the upgrading process of 10G PON, two difficulties have gradually emerged, namely, high equipment cost and high complexity of network construction.Three models was established, including GPON gigabit user carrying capacity measurement model, investment benefit analysis model of gigabit network construction and gigabit value community identification model, to simulate and calculate the best 10G PON port deployment scenario of a mobile company, so as to realize the precise deployment of 10G PON port and support the development of gigabit broadband service efficiently. At the same time, the three models were also applicable to any communication operators in any region. The corresponding 10G PON network deployment scenarios can be simulated and output only by inputting the current PON network data and the current community data.…”

Three-Dimensional Seepage Field Inversion Analysis and Seepage Control Effect Evaluation of Shuidishan Reservoir by PAN Yingjie, XU Jianjun, XIE Xinghua, LU Bin, ZHANG Yu, XIE Dongyi

    Published 2022-01-01
“…Moderate permeable joint zones occur at the right dam abutment of the Shuidishan reservoir, which indicates a risk of seepage damage at the right dam abutment and its downstream. To reasonably evaluate the effect of reservoir seepage control measures,we build an overall three-dimensional (3D) seepage model to simulate the stable seepage in a natural state and the operation period. The permeability coefficient of the rock layer is optimized, and the seepage field characteristics of the reservoir area are analyzed. The results show that the downstream uplift pressure of the dam foundation is significantly reduced under the combined effect of the water-blocking curtain and the depressurization of drainage holes. Moreover, the curtain grouting lowers the local groundwater level within the right dam abutment, which inhibits the leakage of the joint zones to a certain extent. The overall seepage discharge of the reservoir is relatively small, which indicates that the layout of the water prevention and drainage system of the current project is acceptable, and thus the leakage of the joint zones at the right dam-abutment is effectively prevented.…”
