Markov prediction based handover in dynamic ultra dense network
Published 2018-10-01“…In order to solve the problem of the communication and computational problems of large-scale machine communication in an ultra-dense cellular network,a Markov prediction based handover scheme (MPHS) was proposed.Firstly,a kind of heterogeneous network design with semi-structure and central control was considered which contains the densely deployed virtual nodes and thus realized a low cost and efficient coverage. The network can dynamically adjust the access point according to the user's mobility and network traffic.Secondly,a Markov model was constructed, and the idea of load-aware was introduced.By weighing the signal quality and the cell load, the user's next optimal access point was effectively predicted. The simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme for cell handover predicting.…”

Channel estimation method for massive MIMO system in Rice channel
Published 2017-09-01“…The high-speed mobile transportations, such as high-speed rails,pilot-less airplanes, are mostly in the open areas.Due to the existence of line of sight (LOS) propagations, the Rayleigh fading model can not describe the channels very well in these environments. The Rice fading channel model is constituted of a LOS component and a multiple-path component, which can characterize the channels more accurately.Based on the Rice model, the improved channel estimation methods and corresponding decoding methods were proposed based on the superimposed training sequences for massive multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system. The improved channel estimation methods were divided into two cases:the LOS component was known to the receiver and the other was unknown. The numerical simulation results show that the superiority of the proposed methods.…”

Analysis and modeling of Internet backbone traffic with 5G/B5G
Published 2019-08-01“…The effects that the 5th generation mobile network (5G) bring to Internet backbone were investigated qualitatively and quantitatively.First, the challenges that the characteristics of 5G,i.e.ultra-high data rate,ultra-low latency, and ultra-large number of connections, introduce to Internet backbone in terms of traffic, latency, and security were analyzed.Second,a model was proposed to capture the characteristics of 5G users and Internet traffic with the coordination of 5G,edge computing, and cloud computing. Then, numerical simulations were used to evaluate the model. The QoS requirements that Internet backbone faces under different extent of 5G deployment were evaluated.According to the study, increment of backbone traffic, increment of the ratio of propagation delay, and movement of bandwidth bottleneck are predicted after 5G/B5G deployment.…”

Modeling and simulation of the non-stationary fading channels under fast time-variant environment
Published 2020-05-01“…For solving the problem of non-stationary features in rapid time-varying scenarios, such as high-speed railway, unmanned aerial vehicle and V2X communication,an improved simulation method for non-stationary fading channels was proposed.Introducing the integral items and random offset, this method can revive non-stationary channels under time-variant scattering scenarios and ensure a smooth transition between two adjacent channel states.Numerical simulations show that simulated statistical properties, such as,the probability density function,auto-correlation function, and Doppler power spectral density have good agreements with the theoretical ones. Thus, this method can be applied for wireless channel modeling and communication system evaluation of future high-speed mobile scenarios.…”

New certificateless aggregate signature scheme with universal designated verifier
Published 2017-11-01“…Certificateless aggregate signature(CLAS) schemes with universal designated verifier had been widely applied in resource-constrained wireless mobile networks, because they could not only solve the problems of the certificate management and private key escrow, but also realize batch validation and the signer’s privacy protection.A security analysis for a certificateless aggregate signature scheme with universal designated verifier was firstly provided, and two attack methods to demonstrate that their scheme was forgeable was presented. To enhance security,a new certificateless aggregate signature scheme with universal designated verifier was proposed, and then the security of the scheme in the random oracle model was proved. The performance of our proposed scheme was finally evaluated.Compared with the original scheme, the pvoposed scheme fixes the security flaws and the total computational cost is greatly reduced.…”
