Simulation Analysis of the System Reliability of Cylinder Sine Oscillating Tooth Transmission by Yuan Xinmei, Zeng Yunyun, Zhou Sizhu

    Published 2015-01-01
“…In view of the problem that the conventional analysis method cannot directly solve reliability problem of the complex cylinder sine oscillating tooth transmission system,a simulation method based on minimal cut sets of fault tree is proposed, which can solves system reliability.According to the structural characteristics of cylinder sine oscillating tooth transmission, the function block diagram of the system is given and the fault tree of the system is built. The minimal cut sets of the fault tree are acquired, and the cumulative failure probability and the probability density are calculated.Different types life distribution function of the system are fitted out.The life distribution function is determined preliminarily based on the principle of minimum residual sum of squared, and the K-S hypothesis testing is carried out for the life distribution function, which ultimately determine life distribution function of cylinder sine oscillating tooth transmission is Weibull distribution. The weak links of cylinder sine oscillating tooth transmission system are determined by analysis of model importance.…”

Lost-minimum post-training parameter quantization method for convolutional neural network by Fan ZHANG, Yun HUANG, Zizhuo FANG, Wei GUO

    Published 2022-04-01
“…To solve the problem that that no dataset is available for model quantization in data-sensitive scenarios, a model quantization method without using data sets was proposed.Firstly, according to the parameters of batch normalized layer and the distribution characteristics of image data, the simulated input data was obtained by error minimization method. Then, by studying the characteristics of data rounding, a factor dynamic rounding method based on loss minimization was proposed.Through quantitative experiments on classification models such as GhostNet and target detection models such as M2Det, the effectiveness of the proposed quantification method for image classification and target detection models was verified. The experimental results show that the proposed quantization method can reduce the model size by about 75%, effectively reduce the power loss and improve the computing efficiency while basically maintaining the accuracy of the original model.…”

Load balancing method of service cluster based on mean-variance by Xiaoan BAO, Xue WEI, Lei CHEN, Guoheng HU, Na ZHANG

    Published 2017-01-01
“…When a large number of concurrent requests are allocated, the load scheduling mechanism is to achieve the load balancing of nodes in the network by minimizing the response time and maximizing the utilization ratio of nodes. In the load balancing algorithm based on genetic algorithm, the fitness function is designed to have an important influence on the load balancing efficiency.A service cluster load balancing method based on mean-variance was proposed to optimize the fitness function. The investment portfolio selection model mean-variance was used to minimize the response time, which was used to get the weight of each server's resource utilization,so as to obtain the optimal allocation combination. This method improves the accuracy and efficiency of the fitness function.Compared with other models in different service environment, the simulation results show that the load balancing algorithm makes the service cluster get a better balance performance in terms of node utilization and response time.…”
