    Published 2022-03-01
“…On the basis of geosynchronous earth orbit multi-beam satellite communication systems, this paper designed the process of user random access to the network and specifi c signaling interaction under the agile beam mechanism, and proposed the scheduling strategy and allocation scheme of the agile signaling beam. This scheme increased the fl exibility of access resource allocation under the premised of ensured that all users could accessed the network, eff ectively improved the utilization rate of satellite network resources. The request of user access to the satellite communication network belongs to the burst type, it is more suitable to use the random competition access, so this paper based on the general random competition access strategy, proposed an adaptive random competition access algorithm based on the heat value, based on the heat value predicted by the network side, the user selects diff erent random access strategies for access.Through the simulation and analysis of the optimization algorithm, it is proved that the algorithm could eff ectively reduced the probability of access collision under various network loads, so as to achieved the purpose of users quickly accessing the network.…”

Beam Hopping Beam Optimization and Resource Allocation Algorithm Based on Phased Array by Mengting HAO, Chen ZHANG, Gengxin ZHANG

    Published 2022-03-01
“…Beam hopping technology can provide enough fl exibility and high resource utilization for satellite communication system, and shows good performance in broadband satellite communication system. However, the existing beam planning scheme of beam hopping technology is relatively fi xed and can not change with the change of service demand characteristics. For the situation of uneven distribution of user demand and scattered location, the advantages of beam hopping technology are diffi cult to play.To solve the above problems, a beam optimization method was proposed, which used the agility characteristics of phased array antenna to adjusted the size of beam according to the characteristics of service distribution, so as to made the service demand in each beam more balanced. On this basis, from the perspective of matching the demand with the actual transmission capacity, the minimization n-order diff erence objective function was established, the time slot resources allocated in each beam were solved by convex optimization algorithm, and the overall satisfaction and system delay of the system before and after beam optimization were compared. The simulation results showed that compared with the traditional beam planning scheme, the algorithm could improved the overall satisfaction of the system, reduced the system delay and improved the access success rate of the users.…”

The Review of Beamforming Technology Based on Optical True Time Delay Line by Shiyi XIA, Guotong LI

    Published 2022-06-01
“…The important role satellite communications plays in next-generation communication protocols brings both opportunities and challenges.Beamforming is an essential technology for effi cient and fl exible utilization of onboard resources. To explored a better beamforming technology, the optical control beamforming composed of the optical real-time delay line and the traditional analog beam were compared in principle. The phased array beamforming technology based on optical true time delay line meets the expectations of small size, lightweight, and low power in satellite communication.Phased arrays based on optical true delay lines could easily achieved no squint during beam scanning. The technical advantages and constraints of beamforming of optical real-time delay lines under diff erent technical paths were analyzed. For example, based on micro-ring resonator arrays, based on grating delay lines, based on multi-path switching and optical switches, and based on wavelength-selective optical true time delay lines. Finally, the research status of the existing optical beamforming technology was summarized. The possibility of realization in satellite interconnection was proposed, and its future development direction was predicted.…”

Traffic Prediction of Space-Integrated-Ground Information Network Based on Improved LSTM Algorithm by Chengsheng PAN, Yufu WANG, Li YANG

    Published 2020-12-01
“…The space-integrated-ground information network is easy to interrupt and the traffi c fl uctuation is not stable due to the problems of high traffi c burst and topological time-varying, which makes the traffi c prediction diffi cult much higher than the ground. In order to solve this problem, an improved LSTM algorithm was put forward.Firstly, the traffi c autocorrelation was judged by analyzd the infl uence of the lag variable of traffi c sequence on the predicted value; Secondly, the noise and breakpoint of the training set were eliminated by replacing the interruption with the predicted value; Finally, Dropout algorithm was used to reduce the impact of noise and neural network over fi tting, and accurately predict the traffi c data of the integrated intelligent network. The simulation results showed that in OPNET simulation environment, compared with other algorithms, the accuracy of this algorithm was improved by 59.21%, and the training speed of the algorithm was improved by 11.11%, which could provide eff ective data support for the overall scheduling of the integrated intelligent network.…”
