Multi-function supported privacy protection data aggregation scheme for V2G network by Baiji HU, Xiaojuan ZHANG, Yuancheng LI, Rongxin LAI

    Published 2023-04-01
“…In view of the problem that the functions of the current privacy protection data aggregation scheme were insufficient to meet the increasingly rich application requirements, a multi-function supported privacy protection data aggregation (MFPDA) scheme for V2G network was proposed.By using cryptographic algorithms such as BGN, BLS, and Shamir’s secret sharing, as well as fog computing and consortium blockchain technology, multiple security functions like fault tolerance, resistance to internal attacks, batch signature verification, no need for trusted third parties, and multiple aggregation functions were integrated into one privacy protection data aggregation scheme.Security analysis shows that the proposed scheme can protect data aggregation’s security, privacy and reliability. The performance evaluation shows that the introduction of fog computing can significantly reduce the computing overhead of the control center, and the reduction rate can be as high as 66.6%; the improvement of the consortium blockchain can effectively reduce the communication and storage overhead of the system, and the reduction rate can reach 16.7% and 24.9% respectively.…”

EEG emotion recognition based on parallel separable convolution and label smoothing regularization by Yong ZHANG, Jikui LIU, Wenlong KE

    Published 2023-05-01
“…In recent years, emotion recognition methods based on deep learning and electroencephalogram (EEG) have achieved good results. However, existing methods still have issues such as incomplete extraction of emotional features from EEG and significant impact from artificially mislabeled emotional labels.A parallel separable convolution and label smoothing regularization (PSC-LSR) network model was proposed.Firstly, through the attention mechanism, EEG important time points and important channels were given greater weight to obtain shallow emotional features of EEG.Secondly, a parallel separable convolution module was used to comprehensively extract EEG emotional information and obtain deep emotional features. Finally, the emotion label smoothing regularization method was used to optimize the model parameters, which increased model’s fault tolerance probability for incorrect labels, enhanced the generalization and robustness of the network model, and improved accuracy of EEG emotion recognition. The proposed method has been validated in two datasets, in which the average accuracy rates of arousal and valence dimensions in the DEAP dataset reaches 99.23% and 99.13%, respectively. In the Dreamer dataset, the average accuracy rates for both arousal and valence dimensions reaches 97.33% and 97.25%.…”

Research on key technologies of safety monitoring data sharing for railway engineering construction based on blockchain by Yuhong LIU, Liang YANG, Chunhui PIAO, Zhiguo ZHANG

    Published 2021-08-01
“…In order to solve the problems that the monitoring data was easy to be tampered with in the process of railway engineering construction safety monitoring, and the authenticity of the data might be questioned during the accountability of accidents, a blockchain-based railway engineering construction safety monitoring data sharing model was proposed. The characteristics of automatic execution of smart contracts ensured the transparency of the process of monitoring data on the chain. In the PBFT algorithm, there was a problem that the Byzantine nodes and the normal nodes were selected as the master node with the same probability, a reputation-based practical Byzantine fault tolerance algorithm was proposed.Streaming data on the chain might cause network congestion, which simplified the consensus protocol and reduced the time complexity from O(n2) to O(n).A comparative experiment was conducted using Hyperledger Caliper to prove that the delay of the improved algorithm is lower than PBFT algorithm, and the throughput is higher than PBFT algorithm.A quantitative analysis of the possibility of attack and the probability of successful attack was carried out, and it was determined that the smart contract provides tamper-proof modification for the monitoring data on the chain.Comparative analysis proves that the proposed blockchain-based railway engineering construction safety monitoring data sharing model is good than other models in terms of consensus efficiency, TPS and block generation speed.…”

Traceability permissioned chain consensus mechanism based on double-layer architecture by Qingyang DING, Jianming ZHU, Jin ZHANG, Biao SONG, Yanjing XU, Chuanchang JIA, Zheng GAO

    Published 2019-04-01
“…The blocks in the blockchain are arranged in chronological and historical order, and the blockchain is incapable of modification through data encryption technology and consensus mechanism, which makes product trace ability to be an important application scenario of blockchain. To choose product information traceability technology, not only the feasibility of the technology but also the market attributes of the product and the producer should be considered, which makes the permissioned chain replace the public chain as an important deployment method of product information traceability. In the existing research results, the research on the traceability license chain mainly focuses on mechanism design and framework construction, and the consensus algorithm applicable to product information traceability is rarely studied. In the process of technology of engineering practice, practical byzantine fault tolerance was chosen more in league chain as the consensus of traceability chain mechanism (such as Hyperledger),but with the increasing number of participating nodes of the traceability chain efficiency will be significantly reduced, and the delay time will be significantly improved, resulting in most of the project is still in the stage of experiment.Based on this,a traceability license chain consensus mechanism based on double-layer architecture (DLPCM) is proposed, and its security is analyzed.Participants are divided into two layers on the vertical dimension, and different consensus mechanisms are adopted at different levels according to different deployment modes of blockchain. Finally, the traceability information query mechanism under the consensus mechanism is introduced,an important reference for the development and design of traceability system based on license chain is provided.…”

Reconstruction of LDPC code check matrix based on random extraction at high bit error rate by Zhongyong WANG, Zhenghao LI, Kexian GONG, Peng SUN, Qingtao LI

    Published 2023-03-01
“…In order to improve the performance of the sparse check matrix reconstruction algorithm of LDPC codes at high BER, an open set recognition algorithm of the check matrix with strong fault tolerance under the condition of sufficient and insufficient number of received code words was proposed.Firstly, a new code word space was constructed by randomly extracting part bits of the code words for many times.Gaussian elimination method was used to solve the dual vector and restore the check vector in a lower dimension.Secondly, using the check vector, the proportion of error-free code groups in the received data was continuously increased by using the methods of “eliminating error code words” or“flipping the lowest unreliable bits” for iterative processing.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to comparison algorithm under different bit error rates, different code lengths, different code rates and different number of code words. For (648,324) LDPC codes in IEEE 802.11n protocol, when the number of received code words is sufficient, the reconstruction rate of check matrix can reach more than 95% under the condition of bit error rate of 0.003.When the number of received code words is insufficient (the number of code words is 450), the reconstruction rate of check matrix can reach more than 90% under the condition of bit error rate of 0.0015.…”
