THE BIONIC INTELLIGENT FAULT DIAGNOSIS BASED ON COMPREHENSIVE DIFFERENCES MINING FOR HYDRO TURBINE by CHEN XiaoYue, GE Dang, HUANG JiangPing, LIU Xiong, ZHANG XiaoYan

    Published 2020-01-01
“…For the faults of hydropower unit with strong coupling and uncertainty, the traditional fault expression method based on the uniform feature vector is easy to submerge the effect of fault expression and limit the fault diagnosis accuracy and timeliness directly.Given this,we presented a bionic fault diagnosis method, which imitates the human brain thinking and proposes the concept of dependent feature vector(DFV),which logical structure is described by feature selection tree and extracted by feature extraction tree.DFV deeply excavates the intricate relationship between faults by using its nested structure, and realizes the comprehensive mining of the quantity and quality differences between faults of hydroelectric units. It deeply reveals the intrinsic relationship between different faults and faults and features, effectively extracts the essential differences of different faults, and improves the validity of fault expression.Furthermore, the intelligent classification method is realized by combining DFV and probabilistic neural network, the experimental results show that the method can complete the fault diagnosis of hydropower units and achieve excellent diagnostic validity and timeliness.…”

Cross-domain task offloading and computing resource allocation for edge computation in industrial Internet of things by Peng ZHOU, Jincheng XU, Bo YANG

    Published 2020-06-01
“…In the industrial Internet of things, limited by the computing capacity of field devices, the task offloading based on edge computing can effectively alleviate the computing burden of field devices and provide low-latency computing services. Moreover, because the load of edge servers are different in different areas of the network,it is necessary to reasonably arrange task offloading and allocate computing resources of edge servers, thereby reducing task completion delay and achieving load balance. Thus, the task offloading and resource allocation for edge computing in the industrial Internet of things was studied,a cross-domain offloading model for computing tasks in the industrial Internet of things was proposed, and a mixed integer nonlinear optimization problem that minimizes task completion time was formulated. The problem was decomposed it into two sub-problems of resource allocation and task offloading, based on the characteristics of the two sub-problems,the optimal solution of resource allocation and task offloading strategy were obtained through iterative and alternating solution. The experimental results show that compared with the non-cross-domain strategy, the load imbalance of the edge server and the task completion delay are reduced effectively by the proposed strategy.…”

Information Diffusion Interpolation Model Based on the PSO-CV Algorithm and Its Application on Source Regions of the Yellow River by HUANG Huaping, YIN Kaixia, JIN Gaoyang

    Published 2021-01-01
“…The spatial interpolation based on the limited observation data of precipitation stations is an effective means to explore the spatial characteristics of precipitation. This paper briefly introduces a spatial interpolation model based on the information diffusion theory, proposes an optimal information diffusion interpolation model based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) and cross-validation (CV) with consideration of the disadvantages on key parameter estimation of existing experience information diffusion interpolation model, and evaluates the interpolation effect of the information diffusion interpolation model in terms of four time scales of year, quarter, month and day with inverse distance weighting, ordinary kriging method, universal kriging method and co-kriging method considering the elevation as comparison, taking the source regions of the Yellow River as an example. The results show that overall, the optimal information diffusion interpolation model has the highest accuracy, while the inverse distance weighting has the lowest accuracy. The accuracy of experience information diffusion interpolation model does not differ much from the other three spatial interpolation methods, and the accuracy differences between different methods decrease as the time scale decreases.…”

Research of power preprocessing optimization-based template attack on LED by Xiao-juan WANG, Shi-ze GUO, Xin-jie ZHAO, Mei SONG, Fan ZHANG

    Published 2014-03-01
“…The security of LED,a lightweight block cipher proposed in CHES 2011,was evaluated by the template attack (TA).Several improvements of TA from the perspective of the preprocessing optimization was proposed.Firstly, the noise offset was calculated by using the phase-only correlation factor in the frequency view of the power trace to eliminate the data interference in the template building phase.Secondly,a novel character extracting method was proposed based on calculating the cross-cluster offset of different clusters classified by the plaintexts to cut the different leakage points from the power traces automatically.Thirdly,a dynamic effective power points choosing strategy was proposed by utilizing the mean value and the noises of the of power traces to evaluate the differences between different templates and improve the utilization of side channel information.Experiment results demonstrate that the proposed techniques of data alignment and automatically data cutting enlarge the differences of templates and reduce the number of the required power trace in both the template building and attacking phase. The proposed effective power points choosing strategy reduces the data complexity of the attack and only two power traces are required to launch the attack with the success rate of 100%.…”
