Renal artery rings preincubated with potassium (K+) channels blocker glibenclamide (GLIB), 4-aminopyridine (4-AP), prostaglandin I2 (PGI2) inhibitor (indomethacin) and epoxyeicosatrienoic acid (EET) inhibitor (Clotrimazole) have a significant effect in relaxation induced by tamsulosin. …”
