Improved of the Tilt Angle Measurement of Belt Tensioner for Automotive Engine by Zhou Yingjie

    Published 2015-01-01
“…A new calculation method is developed because of the existing problems in the current tilt angle measurement for automobile engine belt tensioner. The new coordinate systems are set up based on tensioner design, the plane direction of pulley is calculated through vector operations, and a new test program is written to process the data in order to get the tilt angle variation of tensioner within the whole working range.Application in huge amounts of test data proved the correctness and validity of the new test program, and the problems in the original method are solved. After the optimization, parameter settings are completely identical with product drawings, the tilt angle definition fits both mathematical rules and common engineering application better, measurement data from various types of tensioners can be processed without further modification, command lines are more compact and running efficiency becomes higher. The test results after this improvement provide more valuable references to the evaluation procedure of belt tensioner products.…”

Irrational beliefs as psychosocial risk of work addiction from the perspective of Occupational Health Psychology by Nestor Raúl Porras Velásquez, Laura Camila Parra D’aleman

    Published 2018-05-01
“…The results show that personal characteristics (ideas of perfectionism, use of free time, need for social approval, feeling guilty, fear of losing work and generalized anxiety), along with the organizational characteristics of the job (tasks and responsibilities) and of employment in general, as well as the process of organizational socialization and the management of interpersonal relationships with commanders are triggers of addictive behavior. The conclusions indicate that the addictive behavior of the salaried workers of this educational institution is configured as an ineffective coping strategy (based on a set of obsessive ideas and compulsive behavior (repetitive and irrational) against the anguish and stress generated by the fear of losing work (perception of high job instability).…”

Design and implementation of synchronous line loss electricity consumption information collection system based on Beidou technology by Jiye WANG, Liang SHEN, Linxin WANG, Chengyue YANG

    Published 2019-03-01
“…In consideration of this situation,a technical scheme based on Beidou satellite system was proposed, which could realize the collection of power consumption information and could safely bring Beidou terminal onto concentrators and main station systems. At the same time,it was compatible with the original power consumption collection system to achieve effective coverage of the blind zone.A technology of Beidou short message partition and composition was proposed, which made the transmission of long data packets in the power 376.1 protocol come true.Meanwhile, the platform implements the Beidou multi-card management and pre-buffering mechanism to solve the problems of the delay in issuing commands and data query response. And some mechanisms such as active reporting and timing motion tween call instructions in multi period was introduced in order to make up the packet loss problem in the area of Beidou communication. The technology has been tested, which shows that the success rate of data collection under the situation of equipment normal operation can be up to above 99% and demonstrates the high reliability and safety.…”
