    “…A Femtocell hybrid access control algorithm assisted with relay note was proposed to supply higher performance for the Femtocell neighboring users (NUE) in heterogeneous network.Deploying relay outside the Femtocell networks was used and amplify-and-forward (AF) relaying protocol or direct link protocol was alternated to use for the data transmission of Femtocell NUE.An optimization problem was formulated with the constraints of the required transmission rates thresholds of Femtocell registered users (FUE),the thresholds of the cross-tier interferences to the macrocell users (MUE),and total transmit powers of the Femtocell base station (FBS).By using the dual decomposition method,a Femtocell hybrid access control algorithm was given based on the combination of the direct mode and relay mode.Simulation results have shown that the scheme can not only protect the QoS required by the FUE,but also decrease the cross-tier interferences suffered by the MUE.It also illustrates the better performance of the NUE through the dynamic and flexible access mechanism.Furthermore,based on the last simulation the relay link would help the NUE obtain about 25% more performance than the traditional direct link in some regions.…”

    “…Beam hopping technology can provide enough fl exibility and high resource utilization for satellite communication system, and shows good performance in broadband satellite communication system.However, the existing beam planning scheme of beam hopping technology is relatively fi xed and can not change with the change of service demand characteristics.For the situation of uneven distribution of user demand and scattered location, the advantages of beam hopping technology are diffi cult to play.To solve the above problems, a beam optimization method was proposed, which used the agility characteristics of phased array antenna to adjusted the size of beam according to the characteristics of service distribution, so as to made the service demand in each beam more balanced.On this basis, from the perspective of matching the demand with the actual transmission capacity, the minimization n-order diff erence objective function was established, the time slot resources allocated in each beam were solved by convex optimization algorithm, and the overall satisfaction and system delay of the system before and after beam optimization were compared.The simulation results showed that compared with the traditional beam planning scheme, the algorithm could improved the overall satisfaction of the system, reduced the system delay and improved the access success rate of the users.…”

    “…To solve the problem that the detection probability of the spectrum sensing algorithm is low and the number of samples required for detection is large at low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), a spectrum sensing algorithm based on stochastic resonance and non-central F-distribution (SRNF) was proposed.By introducing direct-current stochastic resonance noise, the system model of SRNF was established, and the expression of test statistic, false alarm probability and detection probability, and the expression of decision threshold obeying non-central F-distribution were deduced, and the optimal stochastic resonance noise parameter was solved by numerical method.The simulation results show that the detection performance of the proposed SRNF algorithm is better than that of energy detection (ED) algorithm and blind spectrum sensing based on F-distribution (BSF) algorithm at a low SNR.When the false alarm probability is 5%, the SNR is -12 dB, and the number of samples is 200, the detection probability of the proposed algorithm is 95%, which is 34% and 67% higher than BSF algorithm and ED algorithm, respectively.When the SNR is -12 dB, and the detection probability reaches 95%, the number of samples required by the proposed algorithm is 210, which saves 340 samples compared to the BSF algorithm.Furthermore, the proposed algorithm is less affected by noise uncertainty than ED algorithm.…”
