    Published 2023-04-01
“…In order to solve the problems of insufficient communication rate between networked fighters, signals being easily eavesdropped and interfered, and unsatisfactory networking performance in the existing air-to-air inter-aircraft data links, a millimeter wave communication air-to-air data link system was proposed. The millimeter wave communication technology was introduced into the data link system, and reconfigurable intelligent surface, orthogonal time frequency space modulation, integrated sensing and communication, and wireless ad hoc network technology were integrated. The analysis and simulation results show that the proposed system is superior to existing systems in terms of transmission bandwidth, anti-interception and anti-interference performance and hardware complexity and cost.At the same time, the proposed system faces technical challenges such as real-time beam tracking, which need further research to solve.…”

R~2BAC:a risk-based multi-domain secure interoperation model by LI Rui-xuan, HU Jin-wei, TANG Zhuo, LU Zheng-ding

    Published 2008-01-01
“…R2BAC,a risk enabled role—based model for multi-domain secure interoperation, was proposed to adapt to the dynamics of distributed environments.R2BAC employs a flexible mechanism to establish interoperation between domains, eliminating the need of a trusted third-party.It translates the problem of interoperation establishment into an op-timality problem, thus achieving optimal interoperability on the premise of domains’ security. The creation and abolish-ment of interoperation relationships in R2BAC are in accord with the dynamics of distributed environments, where do-mains join and leave in an ad hoc manner.Furthermore,R2BAC incorporates risk management methods, leading to at least two advantages.First,a fine-grained authorization mechanism is enabled;second,it is possible to monitor users’ behaviors and adjust their permission sets in a real time manner.…”

Research on batch anonymous authentication scheme for VANET based on bilinear pairing by Cheng SONG, Ming-yue ZHANG, Wei-ping PENG, Zong-pu JIA, Zhi-zhong LIU, Xi-xi YAN

    Published 2017-06-01
“…To solve the problem of efficiency of anonymous authentication in vehicular ad hoc network,a batch anonymous authentication scheme was proposed by using bilinear pairing on elliptic curves .The signature was generated by the roadside unit node (RSU) and the vehicle together. Thus, the burden of VANET certification center was reduced and the authentication efficiency was proved.Meanwhile, the difficulty of the attacker to extract the key was increased.Furthermore, security proofs were given to the scheme in the random oracle model.Analysis shows that the proposed scheme can meet the needs of many kinds of security requirements, the computational overhead is significantly reduced, and the authentication efficiency is improved effectively too. Therefore, the scheme has important theoretical significance and application value under computational capability constrained Internet of things (IoT) environment.…”

    Published 2018-03-01
“…A new multi-mode node was designed for the emergency communication with the demand of electricity. The node had the multi-mode communication capability of the private network and the public network technology, which could switch smoothly in three modes:the power private network, the wireless Ad Hoc network and the wireless public network.Data were automatically uploaded to the multi-mode terminal,multi-mode terminal through the mode of rapid switching, with the public network resources to achieve rapid network recovery and continuous transmission of data to achieve off-line emergency communications.Meanwhile,an intelligent routing algorithm based on smoothness was proposed, and the three principles of edge network communication were defined.Through the edge calculation method, the calculation and updating of the smoothness were realized to ensure the intelligent, efficient and reliable operation of the edge network in the offline state.…”

Reinforcement learning based group key agreement scheme with reduced latency for VANET by Tangwei1 XU, Hailu ZHANG, Chuhuan LIU, Liang XIAO, Zhenmin ZHU

    Published 2020-10-01
“…Key agreement scheme of vehicle ad hoc networks (VANET) determines the privacy and security against user identity-based attacks, such as spoofing attack. The existing work updates the group shared key at a fixed frequency, which increases the processing latency of the key updates and the encryption and decryption of group communication.A reinforcement learning based dynamic key agreement scheme was proposed to enable the group cluster head to optimize the key update frequency and key length. This scheme optimizes the calculation latency of encryption and decryption based on the number of surrounding vehicles, the previous key update records without the knowledge of the traffic flow model and the access-driven cache attack model.Simulation results show that this scheme reduces the transmission delay of the communication overhead and the computational latency of encryption and decryption, and improves the security of the group key compared with the benchmark scheme.…”

Reliability routing protocol based on vehicle density in VANET by Rong CAI, Guoan ZHANG, Li JIN

    Published 2016-09-01
“…A reliability routing protocol based on vehicle density in vehicular Ad Hoc network was proposed to reduce the complexity of finding an optimal or sub-optimal node of the forwarding node in forwarding range, reducing the average number of hops and enhancing the reliability of the link.Firstly, the size of the unite block was set by the forwarding node according to the vehicle density in the road. And the forwarding range was cut into several equal blocks. Then the farthest block away from the forwarding node was selected. In the selected block, the neighbor node which had the longest link time was chosen as a relay node to forward according to the principle of reliability finally.Compared with EG-RAODV,the simulated results of the proposed routing protocol show that the average number of hops is less and the average distance of one-hop progress is lager, which means the proposed routing protocol can transmit the data packet to destination node more quickly.…”

Interference-aware node access scheme in UAV-aided VANET by Xiying FAN, Chuanhe HUANG, Junyu ZHU, Shaojie WEN

    Published 2019-06-01
“…In vehicular Ad Hoc network (VANET),frequent link handovers and channel interference can lead to increased transmission delay and decreased network throughput. To address the issues, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) were introduced to cooperate with vehicles and construct UAV-assisted air-ground integrated VANET.An interference-aware node access scheme was proposed. The node access problem was formulated as a multi-objective optimization problem considering link transmission rate, link handovers and transmit power. Then the optimization problem was decomposed into two convex optimization sub-problems by dual decomposition method, the sub-problem jointly optimizes handovers and link transmission rate while the sub-problem optimizes the transmit power based on link reliability. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can effectively improve data delivery ratio, average end-to-end delay and network throughput.…”
