    “… The article discusses early Soviet literary institutions that took on the mission of uniting the writers’ forces: VAPP (the All-Russian Association of Proletarian Writers), whose institutional practices exhibit a pronounced sectarian nature and confrontational strategies, closely related to the early Proletkul’t, and demonstrate a distinctly ‘creative’ class-based nature; FOSP (the Federation of Soviet Writers), whose institutional nature was instrumental and artificial, this institution being “the first real example of the party’s concern for establishing basic conditions for the growth of new culture in the early years of the new regime” (Metcalf); and the Organizing Committee of the Union of Soviet Writers (SSP), which, despite sharing some similarities with FOSP, fundamentally differed from the latter through direct party leadership and funding, and gradually became a state structure – the Union of Soviet Writers. …”

    Does the digital economy exhibit multiplier effects? A case study on the optimization of agricultural production structure in rural digital economy by Fengting Wang, Hao Wang, Lichun Xiong

    “…The results show that: (1) The development level of China's rural digital economy shows a general upward trend, showing regional differences with high levels in the southeastern coastal regions and low levels in the central and western regions. (2) The rural digital economy significantly contributes to agricultural production structure upgrading (APSU), this positive effect is more obvious in the main grain-producing areas, areas with a high degree of land transfer, and agricultural production agglomeration areas. (3) The rural digital economy achieves APSU by promoting technological innovation, facilitating industrial integration, and stimulating consumption upgrading, while there is a multiplier effect for this impact, that is, the existence of Metcalfe's law in APSU was verified for the first time. …”
