“…يعد GPT اختصاراً لـ "Generative Pre-trained Transformer"، وهو نمط الشبكة العصبية الذكية الذي يستخدم لتوليد النص الآلي وتستخدم هذه الشبكة العصبية الذكية GPT لتخصيص اللغة الآلية، والمعالجة الصوتية، والترجمة الآلية، والخدمات الذكية الأخرىGPT-3 ، فهي الإصدار الثالث من نماذج GPT الذكية التي تم تدريبها على مجموعة كبيرة من البيانات الطبيعية الجديدة، ويمثل موضوع Chat-GPT علامة فارقة في تطور صناعة الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ حيث أن لديها القدرة على تغيير طريقة تفاعل الأشخاص مع هذه التكنولوجيا بشكل كبير، وقد تناولت الدراسة تحليل النموذج اللغوي أو روبوت المحادثة Chat-GPT من خلال استعراضه، والتعرف على مكوناته، وألية البحث داخله، وتحليل النتائج المسترجعة، وبيان مدى تحقيقها للغرض المرجو منها، وكذلك عقد مقارنة بينه وبين محركات البحث للتعرف على أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بينهما، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت إلى عدد من النتائج كان من أهمها تميز برنامج Chat-GPT عن برامج الدردشة وأنظمة البرمجة اللغوية العصبية الأخرى في مهارات المحادثة فائقة الواقعية، بما في ذلك القدرة على طرح أسئلة المتابعة، والاعتراف بالأخطاء، كما يستخدم Chat-GPT خوارزميات التعلم الآلي المتقدمة لإنشاء نص استجابة طبقاً لإدخالات واستفسارات المستخدم، فلا يبحث Chat-GPT في أي قواعد بيانات، بل يولد نصًا بناءً على الأنماط التي تعلمها من بيانات التدريب الخاصة به، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن يدعم Chat-GPT اللغة العربية مع كتابتها بشكلٍ أفضل مثلها مثل اللغات الأجنبية الآخرى، وضرورة إجراء تدريبات وتحديثات مستمرة كل شهر؛ بحيث يضاف إليه كل جديد لكي يتمكن من تقديم إجابات حديثة ومتطورة وملائمة للحياة اليومية التي تتطور كل دقيقة، وتقديم أقصى درجات الأمن لبيانات المستخدمين، والتأكد من عدم حدوث أي انتهاكات للبيانات.…”
