“…A multiple scale acoustic modeling framework for task-domain independent keyword spotting was proposed.A large-scale phoneme set was obtained automatically through decision-tree based phoneme clustering,and a large-scale phoneme acoustic context dependent background model was trained accordingly through using standard HMM training framework.The modeling accuracy for filler speech is improved.Under the framework,an efficient searching space construction through using shared HMM state was also described.Experimental results showed that in average absolute 6.9% improvement of keyword recognition accuracy could be obtained.Furthermore an acoustic context neighbor algorithm to measure acoustic confidence and a method of computing candidate keyword likelihood based on proposed multiple-scale acoustic model were proposed and a fusing method based on FLDA was adopted.The effectiveness of acoustic confidence measure is improved significantly.Experimental results showed that absolute 3.0% reduction of equal error rate could be obtained.…”

“…Buffer-aided multiple-antenna relay technology can provide the 5G communication system with wide coverage,and improve the system throughput performance effectively.A three-node multiple-antenna buffer-aided relay system was investigated and thus an optimal buffer-aided relay strategy,namely joint adaptive link selection and power allocation protocol,which maximizes the average throughput of system was proposed.The analytical results indicate that the optimal link selection policy depends only on the current instantaneous channel state information and the statistical channel information of related links,and the optimal power allocation scheme has equal power allocation for the transmitted data flows.The simulation results show that buffer used in relay could significantly improve the throughput of relay system compared to the relay system without buffer.In addition,the MIMO technique can achieve the multiplexing gain by multiple antennas,and then improve the throughput of buffer-aided relay system further.…”

“…In order to further improve the accuracy of synthetic speech detection, a synthetic speech detection method using texture feature based on circumferential local ternary pattern (CLTP) was proposed.The method extracted the texture information from the speech spectrogram using the CLTP and applied it as the feature representation of speech.The deep residual network was employed as the back-end classifier to determine the real or spoofing speech.The experimental results demonstrate that, on the ASVspoof 2019 dataset, the proposed method reduces the equal error rate (EER) by 54.29% and 2.15% respectively, compared with the traditional constant Q cepstral coefficient (CQCC) and linear predictive cepstral coefficient (LPCC), and reduced the EER by 17.14% compared with the local ternary pattern(LTP) texture features.The CLTP comprehensively takes into account the differences between the central and peripheral pixels in the neighborhood and between each peripheral pixel.Then it can acquire more texture information from the speech spectrogram, and improve the accuracy of synthetic speech detection.…”
