Prediction of the waterborne navigation density based on the multi-feature spatio-temporal graph convolution network by Wei DONG, Leilei ZHANG, Ziheng JIN, Wei SUN, Junbo GAO

    Published 2020-09-01
“…In the face of the development of the information technology in the port and waterway, the Internet of things (IoT) technology can help to build China’s water transport perception network. The big data analysis of the waterborne transport has become a hot topic for researchers and practitioners in the field of transportation. The navigation density of each port in the water transportation is nonlinear and spatio-temporal correlation,so it is a great challenge to accurately predict it.A multi-feature spatiotemporal graph convolution network (MFSTGCN) was proposed to solve the problem of the traffic density prediction.MFSTGCN effectively captured the spatial-temporal correlation of the ship navigation density data by using the spatial convolution and temporal convolution through three features, which were navigation volume, average ship speed and ship density. The experiment was carried out on the automatic identification system (AIS) data set collected from a shipping platform. The results show that the prediction effect of the MFSTGCN model is better than the spatio-temporal graph convolution network (STGCN) model.…”

Prediction of optimal growth parameters of barley seedling based on Kalman filter and multilayer perceptron by Yunlong HUANG, Zhengquan LI, Yujia SUN

    Published 2021-12-01
“…In order to improve the quality and planting efficiency of barley seedlings in the growth chamber, the Kalman filter algorithm was firstly used to process the data collected by the sensor, which effectively reduced the influence of environmental factors and the error of the sensor itself, improved the accuracy of the collected data, and ensured the precise control in the growth chamber and accurate test data. Then multiple nonlinear regression, radial basis function and multilayer perceptron neural network were used to analyze the average growth height, seedling weight and seed weight of barley seeds about 160 hours after germination under different conditions. The drying ratio was analyzed and compared. The results show that the multi-layer perceptron network model fits the data best.Using this model to predict the average height of barley seedlings and the ratio of seedling weight of barley seedlings in the optimal environment is basically consistent with the actual planting effect, which provides a certain reference for the planting of barley seedlings in the growth chamber.…”

    Published 2021-01-01
“…As a kind of finite element analysis software,ABAQUS is widely used in nonlinear simulation field, but there is no universal and mature reliability calculation module. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a general reliability calculation program for Monte Carlo simulation based on finite element model to meet the automation requirements of reliability calculation of various structures in ABAQUS.This paper firstly puts forward the design idea and main functions of reliability calculation program in ABAQUS,including random number generation, model batch building, automatic result extraction and so on;then, develops the pre-processing and post-processing modules of ABAQUS with Python language for modularizing the main functions of the program;finally, introduces the application method of this reliability calculation program in detail taking the reliability calculation process of the finite element model of a simply supported steel truss bridge as an example. This reliability calculation program can effectively improve the degree of automation in the process of structural reliability calculation, and reduce the calculation time, which has great reference value in engineering application.…”

A NEW METHOD FOR PREDICTING FATIGUE LIFE UNDER TENSION-TORSIONAL LOADING by ZHANG YanJun, LEI MeiRong, SU Fang

    Published 2018-01-01
“…The established nonlinear fatigue damage model based on the theory of damage mechanics has been widely applied to multiaxial fatigue life prediction, however, this method does not consider the physical significance in the damage plane. This problem can be solved by combining with the critical plane method.Taking the thin-walled cylindrical specimen as the study object,a new damage parameter applicable to proportional and nonproportional multiaxial fatigue damage is proposed by means of von Mises rule based on the critical plane method with consideration of the influences of phase delay on the fatigue life are analyzed as well. The new defined damage parameter not only considers the maximum shear stain and normal strain on the critical plane, but also considers the effect of the additional cyclic hardening caused by the nonproportional loading on the fatigue life. The fatigue life predicted by the proposed damage model of three types of materials are proved to be in good agreement with experimental results. It is convenient for engineering application because the uniaxial fatigue data and material constants are considered only in this model.…”

CSI feedback algorithm based on deep unfolding for massive MIMO systems by Yong LIAO, Gang CHENG, Yujie LI

    Published 2022-12-01
“…In order to solve the problem that the channel state information (CSI) feedback algorithm based on deep learning in massive MIMO systems at present had too many parameters to be trained and could not be explained well, two CSI feedback algorithms based on depth expansion were proposed. The first one was approximate message delivery (AMP) algorithm based on learnable parameters. The learnable parameters in deep learning were used to replace the threshold value of the threshold function in the AMP algorithm and the parameters of the Onsage correction term. The nonlinear ability of threshold function in dealing with non-strict sparse data was enhanced. The other was the AMP algorithm based on convolutional network, which replaced the threshold function module with the convolutional residual learning module, and used the module to remove the Gaussian random noise generated by each iteration of the AMP algorithm.Simulation results show that the proposed two algorithms have better CSI feedback performance than AMP algorithm, and the AMP algorithm based on convolutional network has better CSI reconstruction performance than the representative method based on deep learning.…”

User interest-aware content replica optimized placement algorithm by Xiao-long YANG, Xin-xin WANG, Min ZHANG, Ke-ping LONG, Qiong HUANG

    Published 2014-12-01
“…A user interest-aware content replica optimized placement algorithm (UIARP) is proposed.Firstly, the interest subjects of the user-collective are extracted from their content access logs by clustering algorithms, and according to the weighting of the individual interest degree, their collective interest degree would be got and updated in real time; then under the nonlinear optimization model, replicas of larger collective interest degree have priority to be placed, with the goal of minimizing the average response time, which achieves the maximum match between placing replicas and users’ content demand. This algorithm not only ensures that users get interested replicas quickly, but also improves the system efficiency. From four aspects including average response time, the matching degree of request response, load balancing and the utilization rate of adjacent replicas, using 1-Greedy-Insert or others as compared algorithms, the simulation re-sults show that each metric improves by 30% on average, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.…”
