For participants receiving NFP, psychological distress was lower across time points (−1.59, 95% CI: −2.35 to –0.84); self-efficacy was greater at 34–36 weeks gestation (0.78, 95% CI: 0.34, 1.22), then decreasing and becoming insignificant by 24 months postpartum (0.29, 95% CI: −0.18, 0.75). …”
