    “…【目的】 探讨鼻咽癌MRI 动态增强参数与微血管密度 (MVD)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的相关性65377; 【方法】 ① 28例鼻咽癌初诊病人,先行MR动态增强扫描,获取伪彩显示的最大上升斜率图,后进行鼻咽纤维镜活检,测量活检部位的MVD和VEGF表达水平;② 观察肿瘤最大上升斜率图特征,分别测量肿瘤“热点”和活检部位的MR动态参数值,包括最大上升斜率平均值(MMS)65380;最大线性斜率(LMS),强化峰值(PV)和强化百分数(SI%);③ 将活检部位的MR动态参数值与其MVD和VEGF表达水平进行相关性分析;④ 对肿瘤“热点”和活检部位的MR动态参数值进行两配对样本的Wilcoxon秩和检验65377; 【结果】 ① 活检部位的MMS65380;LMS65380;PV65380;SI%与MVD均呈正相关关系(r分别为0.834,0.643,0.541,0.397, P < 0.05),与VEGF的表达也均呈正相关关系(r分别为0.644, 0.635, 0.456, 0.503, P < 0.05);②肿瘤“热点”多位于靠近肿瘤中心的位置,其各项MRI动态参数值均大于活检部位的MRI动态参数值(P = 0.000)65377; 【结论】 鼻咽癌活检部位的MRI动态增强参数与其MVD65380;VEGF表达呈正相关;MR动态增强可作为一种对活体鼻咽癌进行整体血管生成活性评价的无创性方法65377;…”
