复合材料胶铆混合修理的拉伸性能研究 by 刘礼平, 王宇灿, 原志翔, 徐建新, 鲍蕊, 吴枫

    Published 2021-01-01
“…In order to study the influence of different repair methods and different damage sizes on the tensile properties of composite laminates, experimental investigation on static tensile strength was designed and carried out in this paper with five groups of test specimens, including no-damage specimens, adhesive repair specimens and adhesive-rivet hybrid repair specimens with 60 mm and 30 mm circular hole damage for composite aircraft skin. The three-dimensional finite element simulation models of the test specimens were established,to analyze the difference between the five groups of specimens in terms of failure strength, failure mode, stress values and distribution, and critical sites. The results show that the adhesive-rivet hybrid repair method is a better choice which changes the stress distribution of composite repaired parts, reduces the stress concentration effectively in the critical sites, and improves the strength recovery rate of the structure.…”

TRANSIENT RESPONSE ANALYSIS OF MACHINING CENTER UNDER IMPACT OF HIGH ACCELERATION by MI Jie, ZHEN Zhen, ZHU YingPing

    Published 2018-01-01
“…The manufacturing processing of blade, which has complicated structure and irregular surface shape, become increasingly high-speed.Thus,high acceleration is required to ensure the rapid movement of each axis.At the same time, the machining accuracy should be confirmed under the acceleration impact. The finite element model of a domestic blade machining center is established to take the transient response analysis by using ANSYS Workbench. Moreover,a new method of composite unit is presented to bolted joints and guide joints. And,the load solutions are given to linear and rotational acceleration impact. The transient responses of machining center under different accelerations are obtained, and the vibration attenuation time is analyzed to meet the machining accuracy. Thus, the impact of machine vibration on machining accuracy is minimized under high acceleration. The results provides theoretical basis for rational allocation of acceleration, optimization of the blade processing and improvement of dynamic characteristics of machining center.…”

Analysis and Design for 3-RPRR Similarly Planar Fully Compliant Parallel Manipulator by Zhu Dachang, Li Yan, Zhang Tao

    Published 2015-01-01
“…A fully compliant parallel manipulator can achieve multi-dimensional motions, but it has obvious limitations in the micro-position fields for the structure and size.A new mechanism which is called 3-RPRR similarly planar fully compliant parallel manipulator is designed. The design of such a new model is based on the configuration and geometric constraints of a 3-RPRR whole compliant manipulator. The model of3-RPRR fully compliant parallel manipulator and 3-RPRR similarly planar fully compliant parallel manipulator are designed firstly. Then,by utilizing the Hyperworks software, the finite element analysis of the two institutions and their chains are carried out,and combining with the principle of virtual work, the static stiffness models of the two mechanisms are deduced. At last, the modal frequency analysis is finished by the same software. The result shows that, the static stiffness,anti-interference performance and vibration resistance of 3-RPRR similarly planar fully compliant parallel manipulator are better than its prototype.…”

Application of Anti-slide Piles in Embankment Reconstruction Work on Soft Soil Foundation by YU Minlin

    Published 2021-01-01
“…In order to study the influence of anti-slide pile layout on the anti-slide stability of the embankment reconstruction work on soft soil foundation, taking the Xindian section of Fenghua River embankment in Ningbo as the research object, this paper analyzes the anti-slip stability safety coefficient of the embankment with different length and spacing of anti-slides piles by the finite element software ABAQUS and the strength reduction method. The calculation results show that:The pile in shorter length may not have anti-slide effect yet. When the pile length increases the anti-slide stability safety factor decreases and then tends to be constant with the increase of pile spacing.Under the same pile spacing, the anti-slide stability safety factor of embankment increases and then also tends to be constant with the increase of pile length. Finally,by fitting the curve of anti-slide stability safety coefficient to the pile length and pile spacing, the piles with proper length and spacing are applied in this work.…”
