    Spectrum prediction algorithm in ISM band based on two-dimensional LMBP neural network by Xiaoyu WAN, Pan HU, Zhengqiang WANG

    “…With the rapid development and application of short-range wireless communications technology,the electromagnetic interference of ISM(2.4 GHz)band has become more apparent.Using the spectral prediction algorithm to predict the information of spectrum occupancy has become an effective way to solve the problem of compatible coexistence between devices.On the basis of verifying the time-domain and frequency-domain correlation of ISM band,an LMBP neural network of time and frequency domain was proposed and applied in the spectral prediction of ISM band.Through simulations and theoretical analysis,the best training combination of time-frequency point (△t=5,△f=2)was obtained.This point improves 95% of the spectrum prediction accuracy under the conditions of the input vector N=9 of the neural network.It increased 9% and 4% prediction accuracy compared with Markov algorithm and time-domain LMBP neural network and it had a better convergence time of training.…”

    “…Aiming at the security problem of edge server, a trust evaluation algorithm was proposed, which integrated server cooperation reputation and device user feedback to improve the security of edge computing context.In the process of interaction, a fusion algorithm based on objective information entropy theory was used to aggregate the cooperation reputation between servers, and a partial homomorphic encryption algorithm was used to prevent the leakage of user data in the process of interaction.After the interaction, the highly trusted device node was selected to calculate the feedback trust, which overcame the malicious feedback of the traditional mechanism.When calculating the global trust, the expected score of the server and the adaptive weight calculation method were considered, which overcame the limitations of the traditional trust scheme.The experimental results show that the proposed trust calculation scheme has low time complexity and spatial complexity, and can effectively resist the attack of malicious nodes.…”

    “…In order to solve some existing problems on detecting malicious tampering by video watermarking based on H.264/AVC video compression standard,a semi-fragile video watermarking algorithm for H.264/AVC based on cost strategy was proposed.To further improve the robustness of the feature codes in semi-fragile video watermarking algorithm,a new generation algorithm for feature codes by eliminating the correlation of them was proposed.In order to meet the requirement that the semi-fragile watermarks should be uniformly embedded into the video frames to locate the tampered region accurately,a minimal cost function was introduced to select a DCT coefficient in the 4 × 4 block residual to embed watermark which had minimal impact on the video quality and bit rates.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly reduce impact on video quality and bit rate because of embedding the watermarking by adopting the minimum cost function and it is sensitive to malicious manipulations.The retrieved feature code and watermarking can detect and locate malicious manipulations.…”

    “…To solve the challenging problem that the edge regions of image have some remained hazes and blackspots,a novel image dehazing algorithm was proposed based on the minimal color channel and propagated filtering.Firstly,an initial atmospheric transmission map was obtained by double-area filtering,then a minimal channel color was introduced as a reference image,and the propagated filtering was combined to optimize the initial atmospheric transmission map.Optimized transmission have the similar edge characteristics as the referenced image,so the deviation of transmission estimation can be effectively avoided for the edge pixels in the depth mutated regions,and the redundant texture information were removed in the initial transmission map.Finally,L-BFGS was used to restore atmospheric light,and the haze-free image can be recovered based on the atmospheric scattering model.Experimental results show that proposed algorithm has the more accurate transmission estimation for the depth mutated edge regions of image,so the recovered image effectively preserves the edges and details in the depth mutated regions,and has better spatial smoothness in the uniform depth regions.The recovered haze-free image with proposed method has a better sharpness and richer color degree.…”
