Analysis of influencing factors of acute kidney injury after spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage surgery
Published 2025-07-01“…The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to evaluate the predictive efficacy of intracranial pressure (ICP) and serum neuron-specific enolase (NSE) 3 d after surgery and their combination for AKI. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that increased cardiac troponin (OR = 1.011, 95%CI: 1.005-1.017; P = 0.001), and increased ICP 3 d after surgery (OR = 1.289, 95%CI: 1.126-1.477; P = 0.000) were the risk factors for AKI after surgery in sICH patients. …”

Emotional Suppression Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Ovarian Cancer Patients - Latent Profile Analysis
Published 2025-07-01“…The LPA identified three emotion suppression profiles: high level emotional inhibition-low verbal inhibition (Profile 1,13.0%), high level emotional inhibition-high verbal inhibition (Profile 2,46.1%) and low level emotional inhibition-medium verbal inhibition (Profile 3,40.8%); Multiple Logistic regression analysis revealed that educational attainment (high/low), anxiety symptoms, severe family dysfunction, disease recurrence (yes), marital status (divorced/widowed), and social constraint were significant contributing factors. Conclusion: Our research findings reveal significant heterogeneity in emotional suppression among ovarian cancer patients, which provides valuable information for tailoring intervention measures to meet individual needs, especially for patients in the high-level emotional inhibition group. …”

Analysis on related risk factors for cardiocerebral vascular diseases in patients with diabetic kidney disease
Published 2019-01-01“…Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors in diabetic kidney disease patients with cardiocerebral vascular diseases. Results Among the 800 patients with diabetic kidney disease,558 ones had cardiocerebral vascular complications(69.75%), with the incidences of coronary artery disease(CAD),left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH),congestive heart failure(CHF),cerebral vascular accident(CVA)and large atherosclerosis(LA)of 12.50%(100/800), 4.13%(33/800), 4.37%(35/800), 13.75%(110/800)and,35.00%(280/256),respectively.The incidences of the above five cardiocerebral vascular complications of DKD patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) stage I to V were 2.50%(20/800), 3.75%(30/800), 12.50%(100/800), 17.5%(140/800) and 33.5%(268/800), respectively. The differences of the incidences of the above five cardiocerebral vascular complications between DKD patients with difference CKD stages had statistical significance(χ2=14.138,P=0.001).There were differences of statistical significance(P<0. 05) of age, body mass index(BMI), SBP, drinking rate, smoking rate, HbA1 C, Scr, SUA, TC, LDL-C, UACR, Apoa, PTH and β2-MG between the two groups. …”
