Pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS sebagai alat pengolah statistik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa expected organizational reward tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing intention, sedangkan reciprocal benefit, enjoyment helping others berpengaruh terhadap attitude towards knowledge sharing dan self efficacy berpengaruh langsung terhadap knowledge sharing intention,sehingga dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar untuk memberikan umpan balik guna meningkatkan knowledge sharing bagi karyawan perpustakaan Universitas Airlangga dan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November di Surabaya.…”
