Size-dependent flutter analysis of a nanobeam made of metal-ceramic functionally graded materials subjected to supersonic fluid flow
Published 2025-03-01“…The mathematical modeling of nanobeam is performed in the framework of Reddy's third-order shear deformation beam theory (TSDBT), and the aerodynamic pressure is modeled according to the linear approximation of the piston theory. The governing equations and boundary conditions are obtained utilizing Hamilton's principle and are solved approximately via the differential quadrature method (DQM). …”

Relation between vitamin D deficiency and diabetic maculopathy
Published 2025-07-01“…Negative correlations were observed with FAZ in superficial (r = − 0.806, P < 0.001) and deep layers (r = − 0.801, P < 0.001). Multivariate linear regression, controlling for age, gender, and diabetes duration, confirmed vitamin D as a significant predictor of superficial and deep vascular density and FAZ parameters. …”

Want a worry-free trip? Seeking the optimal travel paradigm in view of public-to-individual risk perception
Published 2025-06-01“…Using Xinjiang province as a case study, empirical analysis reveals several key findings: (1) Individual travel profiles are associated with various factors that significantly influence risk perceptions, with factors such as travel expenditure and duration exerting the greatest impact, this coincides with the common perception; (2) Other factors, including traveling in non-autumn seasons, traveling with friends, going by cruising, cycling, self-driving, staying at three-star hotels on the northern and central area of Xinjiang, and following linear and circular routes, substantially reduce tourism risk perception; and (3) Discernible differences in travel plans between males and females emerge when their risk perceptions are low. …”

Nonlinear Responses and Population-Level Coupling of Growth and MC-LR Production in Microcystis aeruginosa Under Multifactorial Conditions
Published 2025-06-01“…Growth parameters (µ, lag phase duration, and maximum cell density), chlorophyll-a production, and MC-LR synthesis were modeled using Gompertz, linear, and dynamic approaches. High temperature and irradiance increased the specific growth rate but decreased final biomass, while elevated N:P ratios shortened the lag phase. …”
