The project has been active since January 2007 and is made up of enthusiasts with complementary skills, including archivists, documentalists, historians, teachers, etc. The regular activity of the project over sixteen years has made it possible to considerably increase the quality of the descriptions and to enrich them with new information. The set of captions produced is probably the best current documentary description of this collection of photos and movies. The article describes the methods used during this activity and explains why the process can be described as re-documentarision of heritage sources. |
