A cross-sectional study was conducted, involving a sample of 800 professional nurses. Findings reveal that flow experience partially mediates in the connection between psychological needs satisfaction and workplace happiness. Limitations include; the use of a mono-research methodological approach, suggesting opportunities for future research through interviews to triangulate findings.
