| Summary: | This paper investigates the influence of the occlusion inreversible video watermarking technique based on histogram modification ofmotion compensated prediction error and presents a novel reversible videowatermarking algorithm which has better embedding capacity and PSNR in occludedareas. In occluded areas, conventional motion estimation techniques calculatehigher prediction error. Therefore, watermarking algorithm which exploitsprediction error has small embedding capacity and poor image quality. To reducethe prediction error, occlusion detection algorithms must be employed in motionestimation. |
