Summary:In order to ensure better effect and more comfortable experience when people exercise with horse riding machine, based on the principle of human factors engineering, the horse riding machine is designed by using the SolidWorks software. Through the analytical and simulation analysis of structural dimensions of the horse riding machine, the movement characteristics of the saddle, the pedal and the armrest, the dimensional parameters of important components are determined, which verified the rationality of the structural design. Based on the requirement of human factor engineering for safety performance, by using SolidWorks Simulation, the static analysis of the horse riding machine is carried out, and the corresponding maximum stress is also optimized. A modal analysis of the frame under the free state is conducted by using software Abaqus and its natural frequency under the working state is analyzed. It shows the safety of horse riding machine.
