原发性肥厚性心肌病(附9例临床分析)
本文报道我院1978年8月～1979年7月经超声心动图证实的9例肥厚性心肌病,复习有关文献对本病的临床表现、诊断方法和治疗作一初步分析。本组病例年龄22～72(平均50.6)岁。男6例,女3例。病程0.5～25(6.2)年。1例无症状经超声心动图确诊外,其余8例均有症状,计有心悸、劳累后气促、头晕,昏厥、心绞痛以及心律失常等。9例均有收缩期杂音。7例为胸骨左缘3～4肋间Ⅱ～Ⅲ级喷射性收缩期杂音,终...
