大鼠脑慢性低灌注模型18F-FDG PET/CT显像及SUVmax值变化
【目的】 建立大鼠脑慢性低灌注模型,观察脑组织脱氧葡萄糖18F (18F-FDG) PET/CT显像及最大标准化摄取值(SUVmax)变化情况。【方法】16只250 ~ 300 g雌性SD大鼠通过一侧颈外静脉( EJV)和颈总动脉(CCA)端侧吻合,同时夹闭双侧颈外动脉(ECA) 及对侧横窦引流静脉建立慢性低灌注模型,在模型建立后24h,第7 、30和90天 4个时间点分别随机选择4只大鼠进行18F-FDG PET/CT扫描,4只体质量相仿的雌性大鼠作为正常对照,勾画双侧大脑中动脉(MCA)供血区皮层感兴趣区(ROI),比较各组SUVmax变化及观察双侧大脑半球18F-FDG摄取是否均一。【结...
