| Summary: | The theme's topicality is conditioned by the fact that the legal norm sanction expresses some essential features of law, which gives way to new directions of sanctions study. The author's goal was to show the sanctions variability and changeability from the viewpoint of the legal instructions dualism. The author proves the necessity to interpret the legal content as a whole and certain legal means through the combination of freedom and limitation. That feature is revealed at the level of the norm's structural elements as well. The author comes to the conclusion that a sanction may be viewed as a behavior rule structurally-functionally connected with the norm's disposition content by the subjective rights and responsibilities; a sanction changes its content depending on the addressees. |
