十年来食管癌和贲门癌的外科治疗
本文报导肿瘤医院1966年以来经外科切除的食管癌和贲门癌共163例。切除率为78.4％。 本组能分期的病例按1976年阳泉会议制定的食管癌临床病理分期标准分为:1期6例,2期54例,3期80例,无0期和4期病例。 手术合并症中多数是吻合口痿(10.4％),其次是肺炎(9.8％),再次是呼吸困难(5.5％)。吻合口瘘多数能治愈(64.7％)。...
