The research, that has been done in Turkey and other world countries show that users does not know the presence of information sources and/or channels and the information needed is retrieved randomely or with difficulty. However, there is a very important relationship between the comprehension of the importance of information for the fulfilment of industrial activities and establishment and use of information sources / channels and/or information centers.
