description The aim of the article is to explore the relationship between organizational leadership capability and job satisfaction. Exploratory study using triangulation method combining quantitative and qualitative data. Data for exploratory study were collected from (100%) employees of the small sized IT service company in Estonia. The results of the study indicate the relationship between organizational leadership capability and job satisfaction on the level of extrinsic facets. Relationship between organizational leadership capability and intrinsic facets of job satisfaction was not found. The study provides new understandings on the scope of organizational leadership capability and some insight into its linkage with job satisfaction in the case of small-sized IT service organization. The study suggests initial understanding that organizational leadership can enhance job satisfaction thus organizational leadership capability could be used for measuring organizational effectiveness. This is one of the first exploratory studies to validate organizational leadership capability as a measurement tool in terms of organizational effectiveness.
