| description | Water use plan is an effective way to rationally develop and utilize water resources,improve the efficiency of water use,and promote the construction of a water-saving society.The current water use plan of approving and issuing work system is not perfect,and it does not meet the current requirements of water saving priority and quota management.In order to analyze the influencing factors of water users and determine the rationality of the application,release and actual water use of the water use plan,this study established a multi-dimensional index system for rationality analysis of water use plan,the indicator system application was carried out with Guizhou Faer Power Plant as the object.Through the analysis of the three dimensions of total water consumption,water efficiency and water efficiency,it was believed that the power plant passes the rationality analysis of the water plan constructed this time,which took the two dimensions of total water consumption and water efficiency as constraints,and the water efficiency dimension as the target value,the power plants 2020 water plan is reasonable. |
