description Recently, management theories such as knowledge creation, ambidextrous organization, and dynamic capability have gained attention. However, an issue is that there is no structured way to understand and apply them in an integrated way in practice. Similarly, narratives are used in management as a method of envisioning strategies and uniting organizations. An issue is that narratives do not contribute efficiently due to limited understanding of the structure of narratives and method of creating them. In this paper, the narrative matrix theory will be presented as a new framework that integrates these theories and enables to utilize narratives in practice.
