Description
Summary:Anomalous left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery is a rare congenital pathology of the coronary arteries, which is associated with 90 % mortality during the first year of life, therefore it requires a detailed diagnosis and surgical intervention from the first days of the patient's life. The presence of additional congenital anomalies is a factor increasing the risk of surgery. We present a clinical case and successful hybrid approach for correction of anomalous course of the left coronary artery from the right pulmonary artery in combination with coarctation of the aorta in the newborn.
