狞猫的饲养与繁殖

<正>狞猫（Lynx caracal）,属食肉目描科,分布于亚洲和非洲.亚洲狞猫栖息于干燥的沙质草原或岩山地带,冬季在白天猎食各种啮齿类动物和野兔等,体温38.3～39.3℃,呼吸20～40次/min,寿命16～22年.天津动物园现饲养的3只狞猫是1995年由瑞士引进的,其中雄性2只,雌性1只,年龄都在6～7岁之间.1995年10月产第1窝2仔,未成活;1996年6月16日,产第2窝1胎2仔,均成活,现将一年来的饲养和观察结果总结如下....
